[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Any automation is better than none. Many of you might be working in teams, complicated things to store your media and like weird approvals to get things up and running. If you've got more content to make than time to make it and you can automate any part of the process to make more than you otherwise would have made without said automation, then you're already creating value. Maybe your boss or your team is like, I don't know if we want to invest in these tools. That seems like a whole lot of work. One of the best ways I've seen customers I've worked with generate internal alignment and excitement around the promise of automation is by doing one thing, one time, showing the simplest automation, even just taking a recording, editing it, or turning a blog article into a video. You can show that that's possible once, then you can say automation can take this from what maybe seems like a parlor trick into a standard practice for every blog that we make or every recording that we make. And I think that can help to open eyes to the potential of tools like these scripts and automation tooling, and also just like help you make a better case for why investing in these sorts of tools is like worth the squeeze.

Arow Summary
The speaker argues that even modest automation is valuable when content demand exceeds available time. Teams can build internal confidence by demonstrating one simple workflow—such as editing a recording or turning a blog post into a video—before proposing broader adoption. A successful proof of concept helps reframe automation from a novelty into a repeatable practice worth investing in.
