+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: Converting audio file to text in the voice notebook. Open voice notebook. Go to transcribing settings. Turn on time stamps setting. This setting will insert time stamps in our transcription. Set pause to 3 and length to 6. The second setting is interrupt mode. It is useful for quick and poor audio. I recommend to set this setting to 30 for poor and quick audio. Now I leave it as is and go to the audio tab. Import an audio file. Go to transcribing window.
Speaker 2: Press play button. Here are some common mistakes in audio transcription. User is clicking the button to start the process of transcribing, then uploading of audio or video file. Here I am using example video that is commonly used to transcribe. User is changing some settings clicking the button to start recording and waiting when transcription is happening.
Speaker 1: I see that audio transcription will appear. I see the time stamps along the transcription. Go to listening mode. Now if I tap to the text of transcription. Audio pointer will be set to the closest time stamp. If I press play button the closest time stamp will be highlighted.
Speaker 2: Here I am using example video that is commonly used to transcribe. And will show the current fragment of the spoken text.
Speaker 1: We can show keyboard. And make correction in a fragment.
Speaker 2: Or listen the fragment again by use small play button.
Speaker 1: We can transfer our time stamps to YouTube format. Send the transcription to cloud. Also we can delete time stamps. Go to file list. Here we can rename our file by long tab to it name. Or delete the file. That's all.
