Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to this demonstration on how to upload your audio files to our online secure server. My name is Annalisa. I am the Director of the Transcription People. To begin, click on the Client Login link on the top right hand corner on every page of our website. You will then be presented with a login screen. We will provide you and your business with your own login to our secure server. Enter those details here and click the Login button. This is the screen from which you can upload audio to our server or download documents to your PC or Mac. To upload audio, click the Upload button at the bottom of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear where you can select up to 10 files on your PC or Mac to upload. Click the Browse button. Locate and select the first file to upload. You then have the option to enter a brief description of the file. When all files have been selected, click the Upload Files button at the bottom of the screen to start the file transfer. A status bar will be displayed to give you an idea of the upload progress. The file is now being transferred to our server securely. The data is encrypted between your browser and our server, ensuring your data is kept confidential. Please do not close this window during the upload. When the upload is complete, the window will close itself. Your file is now on our secure server and we are instantly notified of your upload. It helps us to have as much information as possible about the audio, especially speaker names. You can add some additional information about the file by adding a note to it. This can be done by selecting the file. And click the Notes button at the bottom of the screen. A pop-up screen will appear where you can enter additional information about the file. When you have entered the additional information, click the Save button. And then the Cancel button to close the notepad screen. It's as easy as that. Thank you for using the Transcription People.
