Speaker 1: Welcome to Chariho Regional School District's Enrollment Express online registration process. Chariho Regional School District will be using PowerSchool's Enrollment Express to handle most registration work for new and returning students online. Enrollment Express will be using eCollect's online forms to save both parents and staff time. In order to use eCollect forms, each family must have a parent PowerSchool account with all currently enrolled students added to that account. To access PowerSchool, please go to the Parent Student Resources tab and select PowerSchool. Click here for PowerSchool Parent Guardian Student Logon. If you have already created your account, please enter your username and password and then click the blue Sign In button. If you need to create an account, select the Create Account tab and click the blue Create Account button. Please enter your first name, your last name, your email address, re-enter your email address, enter your desired username, enter your password, and re-enter your password. Please note that passwords must be at least 8 characters long. You will then link students to your account. You will enter the student's name and their Access ID and Access Password. You will then choose from the drop-down menu the relationship to the student. You will do this for all of your students. Once you have completed entering all the information, please click the blue Enter button. Now that you have created your account, you will enter your username and your password. If this is the first time you are logging into PowerSchool, you will need to choose your account preferences. Please select Yes or No and then click Save. Once you have logged into PowerSchool, you will look to the left-hand side and select Forms. In this top row, you will select the Enrollment tab. These are the forms that you will need to complete for the registration process. The New Student Registration Form, the New Student Health Information, New Student Home Language Survey, New Student Transportation Request Form, New Student Residence Survey, New Student Previous Enrollment and Records Release, and Registration Form Complete. Let's look at the New Student Registration Form. Please note it may take a few moments for forms to load. Please be patient. You will also want to note that any field that has a red asterisk is a required field. When you are completing your form, any field that has this red asterisk must be filled in before the form can be submitted. You will go through and complete all of the fields on this form, scrolling through to get to the bottom. You will then upload documents. You will need to locate your locator card document, your copies of the parent-guardian licenses, both front and back, and the copy of the birth certificate and or adoption decree, and the copy of the legal custodial agreements, if that is applicable. To add those documents, you will click this Add Document blue button. If you have saved these documents to your computer, you will be able to upload them directly from your computer. Some documents have a green Save for Later button. This will allow you to begin working on your document and then come back at a later time to complete. Once your document is fully complete, you will click the blue Submit button. You will need to complete all of the forms, the New Student Health Information, New Student Home Language Survey, New Student Transportation Request form, New Student Previous Enrollment and Record Release, and then finally the Registration forms complete. Once you have completed all of your forms, you will be taken to this very last form. This form will let you know that you have completed the registration process. You will need to bring the original locator card to your school within 48 hours of completion of registration. This completes the process of Enrollment Express Online Registration.
