+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: Getting to do more stuff in less clicks. That's what the new welcome screen in Charity Engine is designed for. Getting you to your tasks easily and intuitively. Now, let's look at how to navigate the new launch screen. Now this is the welcome screen you're used to. But now when you log in, you're going to see this. Our new screen puts everything you need to do front and center and easily accessible. Now here are the places you'll go to access your normal tasks. On the left you'll see we still have our menu bar, but we've made it smaller to give more real estate to the rest of the screen. Still using different colors to show the sections and the icons. Click on any of them to get right to the search and manage capabilities. Now on the top left is our global search bar. If you're looking for a constituent, just start typing their name. You'll see it presented front and center. And if you need more information, just click expand results. Now below the welcome screen is your favorites. In most of the sections you work in in Charity Engine, you'll see a little heart. Fill that in and it becomes one of your favorites. So when you log in, you're going to see your personal favorite screens at your fingertips. But the center area is really where you get to doing things fast. The fundraise and promote button will show you all the easy tasks related to fundraising, creating donation forms, and marketing, like sending email blasts. The center button, back office operations, makes it easy to manage tasks, donations, contacts, etc. And then on the right is your reports, from your Libunt to your dashboards, everything you need. But if you don't want to click and you just want to type, do it that way. Start typing marketing to set up scheduled marketing messages. If you're looking to create a contact, start typing contact. That will intuitively appear too. Again, easy, simple. And our help center, now located directly in the center of the screen, is newly designed with more information, easier articles, and more explanation about how to use the Charity Engine platform. Now that shows you how you go into doing tasks, but what's some of the information being presented to you right on the welcome screen? Well, for starters, on the left is our new donors panel. All of your new donors, easily accessible and clickable. And see that little export icon? That means you can click that to get a spreadsheet of all of your donors and their information. On the bottom left is your recent contacts. It shows the most recent views. That way, if you leave and come back, it's easy to go right back to the people you were working on. Upcoming events is exactly that. All of your organization's events presented and click on the link to go into managing it. Now our activities tool is really redesigned to make it easier to do stuff. The first thing you'll notice is that the red and the black dates. The red means those are old dates. Black means they're still upcoming. Once you've completed a task, just mark it as complete. Click here to view and filter between those that are signed to you or all. Again, you can click that to export results and click that button to create a new activity record. So there you go. Everything front and center. More stuff, less clicks. The new Charity Engine welcome screen.
