Speaker 1: To do that is that you have to fall in love with you first in order for someone else to fall in love with you. And when you fall in love with you and you do that work, and if Hannah or Jade had entered the room, that light, because I think to do that, to get somebody to love you and fall in love with you does not require effort. Your greatest work should not require you doing a bit of something. It's about what you leave behind, the stuff that we decide to leave behind. And I always say there's three things to establish when you walk into any room, whether it's an audition or on set or a date or your family, you want to establish that you're fun to play with. You want to establish that you're someone that they, somebody can personally like and vice versa. They're figuring out what it's going to be like to hang out with you on set for six years or a year and no desperation, leaving your wants and your needs at the door to show people that incredible, incredible you that came out of both of your hearts today, Jade and Hannah. So it's more about what you leave behind and about falling in love with yourself to light yourself up, to make it so you don't have to do anything. Because I think if you try to do something, it's not going to work. And I would also say, again, to let go of that need to please, to get somebody to like you. Because when you enter the way that we're both of these people, these actors entered from, it's not just casting that's going to fall in love with you. It's everybody. It's the whole production team. You think about everybody that just connected with Jade and Hannah, all of the, all of the people around the world, thousands that have connected. They didn't have to do anything to earn that. That was something that happened automatically. So yeah, I think it is, it is again, falling in love with yourself first in order for someone else to fall in love with you. Shel Silverstein said it best, underneath my outside face, there's a face that none can see, a little less smiley, a little less sure, but a whole lot more like me. And that's it, you know? Olivia, thank you. How do you get rid of anxiety? You out fun it. You burn through the, you burn through the fog of those by displacing it with something like that. Because you imagine if, if Hannah or Jade were feeling nerves, they'd be obliterated by the work that they did. So you out fun it and bringing it back to the body, bringing it back to you, not looking outside of yourself for that stuff. Like always returning inside. Sometimes I'll ask an actor, how do they feel? And the response is like this, they're, they're reaching, but, but the direction is here, not out there is to kind of come back like that. And, and also like all the other things are so important that you guys are learning here is that, but to imagine how this would inform your pictures, how it would inform the way you do your profiles. It's sort of like the DNA of all your future marketing material, social media, and all that important stuff. But it's, it's the foundation of it's, it's going to color all that stuff.
