Today, I'm so excited because last time I got a lot of feedback, people are telling me good job and how do I get these softwares, how do I get the softwares that I can use to transcribe my audios and here you have it guys, today I want us to look at various softwares that are available, say those that are free and those that are paid for and I have chosen just three for today, I'll do more videos for others but today, let us look at three main platforms or softwares that you can use to transcribe your audios and get very nice results. So without much further ado, let's dive right in. So guys, our first software is Semi.com, okay? And what you need to do is go to any browser and search Semi.com, okay? And click on that, all right? As we wait for that, let us create another tab for TempMail, okay? Search TempMail or you can search temporary email address, okay, or TempMail, whichever you prefer. But you need this one, you need to come to this page, TempMail, right? So let's go back here and see if you're working. So let's click here, cancel. Then you need to select audio video file, click here and now you're uploading a file that you want to transcribe, okay? So for me, I have a sample here that I want to use. So you click on that, then you click open, then it will load. As you wait for it to load, you can go back here and see the progress with the TempMail. So here we already have a temporary mail for us to use. So you click on copy it, then we go back here and paste it, okay? We paste it, then click on agree to the terms of service and privacy policy, then click on send, okay? So once you have the other, we'll say the final step is to check email, check for welcome email from Jamie, your transcript will follow in a few minutes, okay? So you click on okay. So now we want to go back to our TempMail to see if we have it, right? So the first email that comes in is the welcome email and now we're waiting for another email. Once we have that, we will be able to open the script on the transcript, okay? So it might take a while, but here is where it will show up, okay? So yeah, let's go back here and wait for the softwares to transcribe. Here we have it, the email reads that your TempMail order is ready, okay? So we click on open to open it, okay? It's taking a while to load as well. Here we are, read, okay? So you click on view transcript, then you're told, please enter a password. This password you can, you just type any password, you don't have to remember it because basically this is a TempMail. So you click on save and make sure you don't say update password, just click on no thanks. Once you input the pass, you go a step back. All right. So here you have it guys, this is the script, the final script that has been transcribed. You can click here to play the file. You can use this tab to play back for like five seconds to speed up the speed and also to increase the volume using this tab, okay? So once you listen in and you're sure this is the right edit for you, then you can click here to download it, all right? So you click on download, right? You can download it as an inline, all columns, all captions, so it depends with which one you want. So inlines, this is how it appears. The speaker is at the top and then the transcriptions, the scripts follow and for columns, this is how it appears. You need to highlight here on the info to see it and this is how it appears. So for us, it is always good to download it as columns. So we click there and then we choose the plain texts, then ensure you always download them when they don't have the timestamp. So remove timestamp and then you click on export. Then wait for it to be downloaded. You there you have it, you click on it, right? So let's open it and see how it appears. So you can see, this is how it appears, speaker one and this is it. So if you want this one in your word, you can control all, that is to highlight, then control C to copy and then you control V and paste it there. Now you can make as many edits as you want from this point and there you have it guys. Okay? So let's see another software that has been about Demi. The second software is called Nota, nota.ai, I'm going to type it up quickly, yeah, nota.ai and then you click, yeah, it's the, you choose, let me show you, let me show you. Once you search, ensure you take this one, you can see here, this is it, speech to text online converter. Again, you can use temp mails here as well, okay? So we can go back here to our temp mails, let me add a temp mail here. You can go back and get a temp, a temporary mail again, there you have it, you have another temp mail here, then you copy it, then you can use it to sign up here and ensure you don't use Google or Microsoft or Vizion, you need to sign up, okay? So you paste, you paste, and then you click on send verification code, okay? Then you go back to temp mail to get the verification code, the temp mail that we've just created here, and you can see here, they have sent an email. So this is verification code for Nota and you open it and this is the code, the code is 723832, you copy this one, then you go back here to Nota and then you paste it, okay? Then password, you can use a password that you can remember, or you can use this one and also remember, you can view it to see, okay? Then you click on sign up. You can use a password that you remember because that one will give you 120 minutes for free, then this one you skip, you don't have to input all these details because you're using a temp mail. So you skip this point, then you're saying it's for yourself, then you get started, okay? So here you have it guys, it's welcome to Nota, okay? And this is, when you get to this point, you need to know, you can either record an audio, you can import a file, you can transcribe a live meeting, record a video, it has all those opportunities, all right? So for me, I want to import a file, so I will click on import file. Also you can take, you can import the links from YouTube, from Dropbox, from Google Drive, URLs and all that, okay? So I don't know, sorry, I think it has not yet, it has not yet captured my file. Let me do this, okay? So I have my sample here now, let us wait for it to transcribe, right there, close here to see the progress with transcription. Now it is now done, okay? So you click there to open that, and there you have it guys, there you have your script with Speaker 1 and Speaker 2. You can click on this one to edit the speaker, if you want to import their names and all that, okay? So for this particular site, you are not able to import it because as you can see here, you are supposed to pay for some of their privileges to be able maybe to share and all other things. So this is what you want, so I'm copying what I want. So you copy, then you go to your Word document, then you paste, okay? So this is it. You can also compare the differences from both the softwares, this was from Temi and this is now is from Nota, all right? So you will take your time to read through both of the softwares and maybe you will make a decision which is best for you, okay? So the third and the last software is otter.ai. So search otter.ai and you click there, so you open there, right? Then you get started for free. Click on start for free, all right? Then you get here and click on get started. Okay, let's give it a while to load and there you have it. You need to get another temp email. So we go back to the temp mail and get another mail to use to sign up for otter.ai. So we copy this one, then we go back to otter.ai and paste it there, then click on create account. Then password, you can input any, all right? So then you click next. So basically, now you put your first name, say your name is posh, the last name is bibs. Then you click on next, okay? Then they will send, they will verify your email address also. So you go back to the temp mail to get the verification. So now this is from otter.ai, you click on that mail also. You click on confirm email address to confirm this is your address, then they will say verification success. You've successfully verified this one as your address. Now it's redirecting you back to otter. So you click here, and now you can skip this part, and now you can skip this as well, and then click on other, then click next, and now you're in, you're in, okay? You can record or import a file. So for us, we want to import a file that you already have that you want to transcribe. So click on import, then you can attach the file that you want transcribed. So for me, I have this sample here. So I will wait for it to load and give me the sample script. Okay, now you need to click on go to script, okay? Once you see this one is done, so click on go to script, and just say not now, and there you have it, guys. This is the script that otter.ai has given you as the final. So for this one as well, you copy the part that you want, and also you can copy the part

Speaker 2: that you want to share to them, you copy those. If you don't have the script with you, it's okay, this is your scenario. Just copy and paste. You mind if you want to share with them to make sure that they get to know you to make sure that they know you. So for me, I will skip this part and go on to share the rest.

So there you have it guys, those were my major 3 softwares that I chose for today but however there are 1000 more softwares that you guys can choose from and it depends which one works best for you. For me, I would actually go with Timi because for you as a beginner, if any one of you here is a beginner, that would really work for you because you don't have to pay first, okay? But if you want to upgrade data, you can do that but for beginners, that will be very efficient for you because you will use the temp mail for you to get the transcript, okay? So that is it guys.
