+1 (831) 222-8398[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Today, I'll show you how to transcribe audio to text using Chatsubt. OpenAI just added the ability to upload audio recordings directly. You can turn meetings, interviews, or voice memos into transcripts and even generate summaries. I'll show you how it works step-by-step. I'm Kevin, and let's dive in. To get started, head to Chatsubt. You'll find a link right here at the bottom of the screen. Now, to use this feature, you'll need a paid Chatsubt plan. You'll also need an audio recording that you want to transcribe. Chatsubt supports common audio formats like MP3, WAV, and M4A, among others. To add your audio file, over here you can click on the plus icon, and here you can add photos and files. But my preferred method, you can simply drag and drop your audio file directly from your PC into Chatsubt, and here it'll upload it. Once it's all done uploading, down below you could click on transcribe or summarize the recording, or right up here you could simply type in transcribe this audio, and then let's send it off. That was fast. And now we've got the full transcript, and this looks great. And since we're in Chatsubt, we can do a lot more with it. For example, let's turn this transcript into a business dashboard. Right down here, I'll type in my prompt, and let's try it. And look at that. We've got our key metrics at the top. Here we have an interactive checklist showing who's responsible for what. Down here at the bottom, I even have the key takeaways. And look at this, I can even check off the tasks as they're completed. So cool. Once you're happy with the transcript, you can copy and paste it into Word, Google Docs, or wherever you want to use it. Now, one thing to keep in mind, AI transcription isn't always perfect. I find, especially with names, technical terms, or maybe if there's a lot of background noise. So, it's always worth reviewing the transcript against original recording. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next one.
