+1 (831) 222-8398[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Today, I want to show you how to upload zip files directly to Rev, a new feature that eliminates the need to unzip files before uploading. This makes working with multiple files much easier and faster. So, let's dive in. From your Rev homepage, you'll notice a new option called Upload a Zip File. Click that button to get started. Once clicked, you can browse your computer for the zip file you want to upload. I'll select this zip file for the demonstration. Rev will instantly show you all the contents of the zip file. This preview is helpful because you can immediately see what's inside before uploading. This view also shows you what happens when you try to upload unsupported files. Notice that the system identifies image files as unsupported and prevents you from attempting to upload them. This clear feedback helps you understand exactly why something isn't working. From here, you have two options. You can upload everything in the zip that's supported or select specific files that you want to upload. Next, you'll choose where you want to save these files. In this case, I'll place them in my files. Once I click Save, the process to upload begins and Rev will ask you to keep the tab open until the upload completes. Once done, you'll notice that the overall progress is 100%. So let's check where our files ended up. Since we selected the My Files folder, we can go right there and we can now see we have a folder with a zip file name. And I'll click on it and you'll see that all of the files I just uploaded are included. So it's just as easy as that. Rev's zip file upload feature helps you skip the extra steps. No more unzipping, downloading, and re-uploading. Just upload your zip and Rev handles the rest, keeping your files organized exactly as they were. Try it on your next project to save time. We're dropping new videos all the time, so subscribe to our channel and don't miss a thing. Until next time, we'll see you soon. Microsoft Mechanics www.microsoft.com www.microsoft.com
