+1 (831) 222-8398Speaker 1: If you're watching this video, it probably means you're a podcaster or content creator, or you want to be one. We can help. Welcome to the Squadcast YouTube channel, I'm Maribel. Squadcast FM is a remote recording software that empowers podcasters to record audio and video in studio quality, just like I'm doing right now. First, a brief history of Squadcast. Zack Moreno and Brock Felder co-founded the company in 2016 because they wanted to make an audio drama podcast with their friends, but they were spread all over California. Zack's our CEO and CTO, and he's the architect behind the software. And Brock's our finance and numbers guy. Together, they brought Squadcast from an idea to a reality. We started out recording just audio, and over the years, we've added lots of features and solved tons of pain points for content creators. We're really big into our creator community. We call them the Squadpod. Community is a big part of the Squadcast story. We couldn't be where we are today without them. Squadcasters can join our community, which meets on Slack, by going to squadcast.fm forward slash community. We also encourage squadcasters to submit their squad shots. Those are screenshots of the recording sessions via our submission form, squadcast.fm forward slash share. By the way, we really want to show you off and help you grow your show. At Squadcast, we also love being a part of the larger podcast community. We attend all sorts of events, conferences, meetups, and more. We have a weekly podcast where Zack and Rock share what's going on with our product, share opinions on industry news, and chat with podcasters about their work. You can also learn more and subscribe at squadcast.fm forward slash podcast. Okay, now that we've told you all about ourselves, we'd love to hear from you. Who are you? Where are you on your content creation journey? Let us know in the comments below. And while you're there, don't forget to hit that subscribe button. By finding out about you, we can tailor our channel to your needs. What do you want to learn? How can we help you get there? Here's what we're planning on sharing. Easily digestible technology recommendations that will help you create a high quality podcast. And the latest recommendations for growing your podcast, you know, beyond your friends and family. Because podcasting is all about building community. We'll also share ways for you to connect and plug into the world of podcasting. And you can definitely count on us to cover Squadcast product updates. We can't wait for you to go on this YouTube journey with us. We'll be releasing weekly videos. So hit that subscribe button and we'll catch you back here soon.
