There is many of the people in that room know how they learned it which was Baptism by fire trial and error Making mistakes and you know saying well, I'm never gonna do that again And I think there's a lot of people in that room who thought I have to do better for them Than someone did for me So I think that is a lot of the reason why we saw that percentage of people say mentoring and coaching
