[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Most of the B2B deals have never been leads. It doesn't mean that we can generate leads and all of them will fall into the pipeline. Many clients are in a dark funnel, and they come to the webinar, we have this data, but then they don't react. They don't click on the links, they don't convert, but somewhere in their heads they process this information, they go to the conference, talk to their colleagues, ask questions, and so on. And after a year, a few months, they suddenly call the trader or fill out a form, let's meet, let's meet, because I would like to talk. And this is the effect of the many interactions that we generate, and the webinar is a great base for these interactions. So this is a very valuable tool for me.

Arow Summary
The speaker argues that many B2B buyers do not behave like immediate, trackable leads. They may attend webinars without clicking links or completing forms, yet continue processing the information through conversations, conferences, and peer research. Months or even a year later, these accumulated interactions can prompt them to contact sales or request a meeting. Webinars are therefore valuable not only for direct conversions, but also as a foundation for long-term awareness and engagement in the "dark funnel."

Arow Key Takeaways
  • Not every B2B deal begins as a measurable lead or immediately enters the sales pipeline.
  • Webinar attendees may remain unresponsive in tracking systems while still absorbing and evaluating the information.
  • Buyer decisions are shaped by many interactions, including webinars, conferences, colleagues, and ongoing research.
  • A delayed sales inquiry can result from months of accumulated brand and educational touchpoints.
  • Webinars should be assessed for their long-term influence on demand, not solely clicks and form conversions.
Arow Sentiments
Positive: The speaker is confident and appreciative of webinars as a valuable long-term B2B marketing tool, despite the limits of immediate conversion metrics.
