[00:00:02] Speaker 1: Yeah, so this is Zoom Hub, and this is going to pull everything together for us to get ready for this meeting now. So he wanted a slide deck, and this is perfect. We're going to go ahead and grab all the information we need to get that going. So what we're going to do is click on Slides first, beautiful, and now we're going to add the relevant resources to this to create the slide deck. Go ahead and click that plus sign, and we're going to add that past meeting for that conversation we had with them on the kickoff. And let's go ahead and select that note from the kickoff, right there, and hit Save. Let's go ahead and ask Zoom AI to help us create a slide deck, and that's all we need to do. Let's go ahead and hit Send. And now it's going to go through all that past meeting context to help get together the information we need to create that slide deck now, and it's going to read everything we discussed and start building out and framing out that outline. And... And get the skills together to build that slide deck, too.
[00:01:02] Speaker 2: I mean, this probably would have taken me all night to do.
[00:01:04] Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's actually what's great is it's picking the right design, the outline, and getting it together for us to review before we go ahead and finish off that slide deck. And here we have it now. It's going to ask us to go ahead and continue creating out this slide deck for this next meeting we have with them. Let's go ahead and use the recommended build style, the normal recommended view, and go ahead and click Continue. And so this is just creating a pitch deck for us. Let's go ahead, it's right in the background working for us, and creating that pitch deck. It's already gone through, and it's starting to put together that outline, and it's read all the information from that past meeting. So we're going to have an outline now to edit. And of course, AI can make mistakes, so let's go ahead and review that together. And we can see together here, this is the framework for that pitch deck. And going through some of those details, I see some important things here, right? They discuss the budget, the $2.5 million total, the R&D. Yeah. The marketing, all those things we discussed, the timelines as well. I know they had mentioned actually a longer time frame than nine-month roadmap, so let's go ahead and update that. We can edit this in line here, Heath, where it says number five. We can go ahead and delete that nine months and just change it to 12 months, because that was what we discussed. Perfect. And let's just double check to make sure the other details here look like what we discussed here on some of the pull-up points. So the marketing, the telemetry, the go-to-market, yeah, that really sounds like what we were talking about last time too. I think we're in good shape with this outline. It really understood what we were looking for.
[00:02:37] Speaker 2: Yeah. That's amazing. I feel like that would have been a couple of hours work at least.
[00:02:44] Speaker 1: So all we need to do now is just go ahead and complete the creation of the deck. So on the left-hand navigation here in your window, we can go ahead and approve this outline with the correction we just made. And go ahead and generate the website.
[00:03:00] Speaker 2: All right. All right. Cool. All right.
[00:03:00] Speaker 1: Here we go. And now that we've approved the outline, it's going to gather all that context that we pulled in from that meeting. It's going to take the outline that we have and start putting the layout together, which would have taken us so much time to format and get together in a presentable way for Mateo International too. And it's coming to life already. All right. All of these 10 slides are now getting put together, and it's going to start filling in all those important things. Important details and laying it out as we agreed upon in that outline. And here we have it. It's even got the colors, the formatting that we're familiar with, that we've used before in our presentations, and it's got everything laid out so quickly. All the formatting, everything is here, ready to go. If you just click through some of these slides here and flip through the content, it looks exactly as what we discussed and what we envisioned with Mateo International. What do you think?
[00:03:55] Speaker 2: I think it looks amazing. Um, I guess. The next thing is, uh, I don't know what I'm going to say. I haven't prepared a speech or anything, so I don't really have specific talking points or anything like that for them.
[00:04:08] Speaker 1: You know, that's okay. We can get that together as well as these slides all in one shot. In the bottom right of the slide, do you notice there's a generate button there by the speaker notes? Yes. Perfect. Let's go ahead and use Zoom AI to help us generate the speaker notes based on the content of these slides. So go ahead and click generate. And instead of just doing it for one slide, let's do it for all the slides in this presentation. So we don't have to worry about rehearsing or getting the game together or knowing exactly what to say for these slides. And now it's going through the content, right? Going through, reviewing to see what's optimal for the slide deck, and it's going ahead and populating the speaker notes for all 10 slides. And if you now notice there's a speaker notes in the bottom of each one, each slide. And if you just flip through and confirm, we have everything we need now to do this presentation.
[00:04:57] Speaker 2: All right. These slides look great, but that's like one thing off the list. He also, he wanted a project tracker, which I didn't build either. So is there something we can do about that?
[00:05:09] Speaker 1: Yeah, don't worry. We still have some time left and we can use Zoom Sheets to put this together too. So why don't we come back to Zoom Hub and we can go ahead and put that information together and put that spreadsheet with facts and figures together. So if you go ahead and select Zoom Sheets here, right here, and we're going to use one of those templates that's going to help us jumpstart that project progress tracking, and it's going to help us now create that spreadsheet with facts and figures.
[00:05:37] Speaker 2: Uh, one possible problem here. That follow-up meeting, I believe was on Mr. Diaz's platform. So I don't think we have all those facts and figures in Zoom.
[00:05:48] Speaker 1: Well, not to worry because we were using Zoom My Notes and that actually was with us in that meeting with Mr. Diaz, even if it wasn't our meeting that we hosted. So it's going to be here for you to reference. If you go ahead and select that plus sign again, we're going to grab that note from that follow-up and all that context now is not lost from that other meeting and we can now use it to build out that spreadsheet. All right, so go ahead now and send us off and we'll have it go through all that information to create that project progress tracker. There we go. And now it's starting to pull together the details as part of that analysis of that past meeting with the notes and analyzing and putting it in the right place. And as you can see now, it's starting to assemble all that content in the spreadsheet.
[00:06:39] Speaker 2: Even though it was on a whole different platform, it's still pulling all that in?
[00:06:43] Speaker 1: That's right. All those, all those thoughts and those things we discussed weren't lost at all. So now you're starting to see all that information come together. All those facts and figures, the timelines, the details we talked about, it's not lost. Yeah. And it's gone, gone ahead and started to assemble that spreadsheet and to look through all of it now, and we have a tracker ready to go with those things under our belt.
[00:07:03] Speaker 2: I think we're pretty much ready for the meeting, right?
[00:07:06] Speaker 3: Oh, hold on, hold on a second Heath. I mean, I'm glad that John got the content ready. Thanks John, for helping Heath out here. But, but Heath, you look terrible, man. You can't go into a meeting with Mr. Diaz looking like that. We got to work on you. Yeah. There's no way you can show up in that meeting like that.
[00:07:21] Speaker 2: We don't have time for me to go take a shower and change.
[00:07:24] Speaker 3: I think it's going to be. Okay. I got an idea. We got zoom avatars. So we're going to get you a photo realistic avatar. We worked on that last week, got all set up. So you have shut out that ready to go. So what you're going to do is go into the video settings and work on your appearance in the zoom client. All right, Heath. So if you click on the video settings, we'll be able to update your appearance in the video settings in the zoom client. So if you have your settings up, scroll over to where it says avatars in the tabs. Okay.
[00:07:54] Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay.
[00:07:54] Speaker 3: There's a few different options. If you click the plus icon, you can see the different avatars you have available. We have realistic, stylized, and cartoon avatars. Now the other day, remember we set up your photo, photo, realistic avatar. So let's throw that on. That's perfect time for, to use it here.
[00:08:10] Speaker 2: Whoa.
[00:08:12] Speaker 1: There we go. Now we're talking. Great. Don't even have to press a shirt or get the dry cleaning done Heath.
[00:08:19] Speaker 2: All right. Well, well, we got me looking good. However, uh, we still have the problem that I do. Do not speak Spanish and Mr. Diaz does.
[00:08:29] Speaker 3: That's true. That's true. Well, no problem. I think zoom can help us here also as well. So we have zoom voice translator on this call, so we don't need a live interpreter. We can use AI for that as well. What you're going to do is you're going to go to the more, uh, button in the zoom meeting window, and that'll open up a little menu and you can see voice translator there. And if you click on voice translator, that'll bring up the side panel. You have some options to choose your language. And you can change the actual volume of, uh, Mr. Diaz speaking versus the AI translation speaking. And that way you'll have an AI interpreter on the call with us when Mr. Diaz joins.
[00:09:06] Speaker 2: Okay. So we've got slides, we get the project tracker, got me looking good and, uh, you have a built-in interpreter. I think we're ready to go.
[00:09:18] Speaker 1: I think so. I think we're ready to take this meeting now. Look, it is it's time.
[00:09:24] Speaker 2: Good morning, Mr. Diaz. Hope you're doing all right this morning. Hello. Hello. Good morning. So I thought I would just walk you through real quick. The steps we're going to take today and the things we're going to go over. I thought that we would begin, uh, with the slide presentation so that we can see if there's everything you want in that. Does that sound like a good starting place?
[00:09:48] Speaker 4: Perfect. Yes. That's all I wanted to see.
[00:09:51] Speaker 5: Please. Perfect. Yes. That's all. I wanted to see, please get started.
[00:09:58] Speaker 2: And then when we're done with that, I thought that I would also just walk you through the, uh, project milestone tracker that you can see here. And then we'll go over every one of those items and make sure we have everything covered there. Sound good.
[00:10:12] Speaker 4: Sound excellent. What I see is excellent. What I see at the moment looks very good.
[00:10:21] Speaker 2: So that's what we prepared. Mr. Diaz. If that looks good. And if you think we got everything covered that we will push it from there.
[00:10:27] Speaker 1: Wow.
[00:10:28] Speaker 4: Much. Thank you, Mr. Heath. This looks great. Thank you very much. Obviously, thank you for your attention. Of course, I'll give you a note of all of our details and requirements in previous meetings. Obviously, they paid attention and took over all our details and our requirements in the previous meeting.
[00:10:44] Speaker 5: I can't say that this probably took you all night to work on all these documents, but very grateful.
[00:10:52] Speaker 2: Indeed, sir. It took a lot. A lot of time, but hey, we're here for you.
[00:10:57] Speaker 4: Excelente. Muchas, muchas gracias. Excellent. Me gustarÃa compartir esto con el resto de mi equipo. Just one question.
[00:11:07] Speaker 5: I would like to share this with the rest of my team. Of course. I would need a recording in English and Spanish. If it is possible to get that so that I can distribute it. It would be excellent.
[00:11:21] Speaker 2: That sounds great. I will definitely get with my team and we'll make that happen for you.
[00:11:25] Speaker 4: Muchas gracias a ti y a todo el equipo. Thank you very much to you and the whole team.
[00:11:32] Speaker 2: John, Paul, thank you for saving that meeting. Hold on, let me. Hey, it's me. So, yeah, he wanted the meeting uploaded in Spanish and English. And I think I know how to do that. We've got our pitch deck here. We'll just want to come up here and turn these. Slides into some clips. There we go. And then once it's exported, we open that up in Zoom clips. And, you know, I could do another custom avatar myself here. But I don't really see any need to since I'm not the one speaking Spanish. Let's get Eli, too, to be our host. Oh, we definitely want to add those speaker notes that we got approved earlier. That'll be great. Take Eli. Get rid of that background. And then we'll apply that to all the avatars. And then I'll tell you what I'll do after this. I'll make sure to put Eli in a good position on each slide. Make sure he's not blocking anything. But the important part here. Here we go. We can come in here and add English, which it already is, but also a Spanish translation. And I believe that will generate the whole slide deck in the form of clips with a whole bunch of clips. And then we'll add the host narrating in Spanish. And that should satisfy him, I think.
[00:12:56] Speaker 3: Nice. Heath, you've come so far. I can't believe we made it through this together.
[00:13:01] Speaker 2: I've come so far because you walked so I could run.
[00:13:05] Speaker 3: Well, nice work. Nice work, Heath.
