[00:00:02] Speaker 1: Let's take a deeper look at two of Zoom's main industries, education and healthcare, and we'll start with Zoom AI in education. And as I mentioned earlier, AI is helping elevate teaching and learning, and via Zoom's AI First CX platform, it will help to transform student services. And in the future, don't be surprised if we see immersive 3D learning. So think of bringing the Rome Coliseum to the classroom via immersive 3D technology. We may also see Learner Digital Twins, which will help students to maximize their potential. And we'll also hopefully see more borderless classrooms. And this is where the student that's 3,000 miles away has the same experience as the student in the front row of a classroom. But before then, we are truly excited about how we at Zoom are impacting education. And to help give an example, let's bring in Dr. Lance Ford for a demo.
[00:01:09] Speaker 2: Thank you, Randy, for allowing me to be a part of this conversation. I'm Dr. Lance Ford, and I want to show you what AI in education actually looks like in practice from two different angles. First, the student. What you're seeing here is an agentic chat experience built on a live, growing knowledge base. Every class session, every transcript, every summary, flowing automatically via a Zoom workflow into a shared folder. But here's what makes the student experience different. This Zoom Mate tutor never gives the student an answer. It asks Socratic follow-up questions, drawing directly from what was taught, all the while guiding each student to construct understanding on their own terms. This is mass scale individualization of course material, and is pulled directly from the live class content. The ease of this process is something that's never truly been possible before. Every student can experience a personalized learning path. Now, let's flip to the faculty side. What you're seeing here is Zoom Mate comparing session recordings against the original planned presentation slides. It's identifying what content was landed, what was omitted, the depth of student questions, and where conversations were rushed. This output isn't a summary. It's a coached, gap-filled presentation, ready for the next class section. Actionable, specific, built from what happened in the room. This is pedagogical enhancement, and it's available right now. AI isn't replacing the craft of teaching. It's amplifying it for every student, for every session. Back to you, Randy.
[00:02:50] Speaker 1: Moving to healthcare. Zoom is helping today to enhance clinical workflows, including Zoom Clinical Notes. We're also helping to streamline patient engagement with virtual agents. Think self-service, where you're checking on the status of a prescription. We're also leveraging Contact Center, as well as other CX offerings. Speaking of Zoom Clinical Notes, which was just launched this week, by using Zoom for clinical documentation, PocketRN is a great example. They're actually seeing monthly savings of nearly $30,000, 60% less documentation time, and this has resulted in daily savings of 33 hours. But they're also seeing other benefits, including nurse satisfaction scores exceeding 90%, as well as 50% faster nurse orientation. Now, similar to education, in the future of healthcare, we may see patient digital twins, where a surgeon can simulate a surgery before even touching a patient. 3D, think of a much more detailed experience, especially in fields such as behavioral health. And in the future, instead of logging into an EHR, just think if all the patient conversations were automatically captured, summarized, and uploaded to an EHR. So let's now welcome Josh Akin to give a demo of a Zoom-enhanced healthcare workflow.
[00:04:24] Speaker 3: Thank you very much, Randy. My name is Josh Akin. I am the technical solution architect for healthcare at Zoom, and I really appreciate the opportunity today to share just a little bit about our exciting new AI capabilities that we're bringing specifically for healthcare professionals. Now, in this quick demo, I'm going to demonstrate an example of a full end-to-end EHR integration for both telehealth and clinical notes. As I start here on my appointment tracker for the day, I'm alerted when my patient has clicked on their Zoom link and arrived into the virtual waiting room. I now know that it's time for me to join the session and conduct that telehealth visit, which I can do directly here from the EHR. Once in the session, you can see my clinical note tab opens persistently on the right automatically for me, as well as I will receive a notification that my patient has arrived into the waiting room and is ready to be admitted. As I go ahead and admit that patient, I can navigate back over to the clinical note tab here on the right and change the template that I want to use for this encounter if I choose. And due to my EHR integration, I can select the proper appointment to ensure the clinical note gets written back to the right patient record in the EHR.
[00:05:48] Speaker 4: All I now have to do is go ahead and start the voice capture and conduct my telehealth session as normal.
[00:05:59] Speaker 3: Once complete, I can either create the note or end the session, which will also create the note, and navigate back to the EHR. And now within 60 seconds, that clinical document will be completed, returned back for review, both in the Zoom application and with an integration like we have here, directly to the patient encounter directly. If I navigate directly to that patient encounter, you'll see that that note was automatically written back directly here to the EHR. And now, lastly, if I didn't have a direct API-based integration using Zoom's Chrome or Edge extensions, I could actually still copy this over directly from the specific location in the clinical note to where it belongs in the EHR, allowing for quick transfer from the providers from the Zoom to the EHR for that clinical document. Now, while every EHR is different, this quick demonstration shows an example of how providers are able to further enhance their telehealth workflows with Zoom. And with that, I'll hand it back to you, Randy. Thank you very much.
[00:07:13] Speaker 1: Thank you, Josh. So that shows how Zoom is used across the continuum of care. So as mentioned, in addition to education and health care, AI can help make an impact across a number of industries, as shown here. And once again, do not forget the importance of looking at workflows because, as shown in this McKinsey survey, company leaders are over five times more likely to report capture value when workflows are redesigned with AI. Before we close, I just wanted to highlight some additional AI innovations that address many of the industry-specific concerns that you may have. For 3D, we recently introduced Google Beam for Zoom, which offers a 3D experience running on Zoom. And for those of you with data sovereignty requirements, we have AI on-prem, which is designed to support on-premises or private cloud versions of Zoom AI, where available AI functions or content can now be local or on-premises. Many of you have specific industry compliance requirements, and Zoom Compliance Manager can help support related compliance as well as governance workflows. And for those of you who have the need to categorize your meetings by sensitivity, maybe confidential or internal only, or maybe top secret, we just introduced here at Zoomtopia our new Zoom sensitivity labels offering. And that brings us to the close of our session today. The question isn't whether AI will transform your industry, it's whether you'll lead or follow. Let's build this AI future together.
