[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Hello, and welcome to our Restarted What's New with Webinars and Events video series. In these videos, we cover the latest in updates and releases for this amazing platform. Here's what's new this month. A major area of focus this year has been the redesign of our analytics and reporting. Maybe you've noticed that. And we aren't done yet. For this month, our theme was simplification. We started with standardizing the analytics experience across all of our event types, single, recurring, and multi-session. Now all event types have the same layout, the same tabs, and the same logic in the analytics section. And the summary tab, the first tab, has been completely rethought. So new visual charts help you understand your event performance at a glance. This is a great way, a great place, maybe even a good excuse for you to go check out analytics for all of your past events. Go look at your past events now. Take a look at the summary tab and learn what all is available to you. We think this will be a really, really helpful tab for us. We've also consolidated registration and attendance data into a single people tab. So no more exporting from different places and trying to reconcile them in a spreadsheet. It's all right here in this tab, all in one place. As these changes in analytics have been rolling out, we have received an amazing amount of helpful and really actionable feedback from customers on what you need to run your programs. Keep it coming. I want to encourage you. And here's a feature that came directly from you, our customers, a brand new quick download panel. Now the most common reports are surfaced directly on the summary page. You simply preview what you're downloading, make sure it's exactly what you want, grab the CSV and move right along with your workflow. So great suggestion from you, our customers, keep them coming. This next update is rolling out to all customers by default for new event creation. We have simplified and consolidated the event creation workflow. So here's what it looks like. Host start with a real simple three-step wizard and then get into the simplified event builder. Six simple clear tabs, each one doing one job. We really like this. I've really enjoyed this feature and we hope that more and more of you now get exposed to it. So one thing to note, this workflow is currently available only for single session events. It will expand other event types in the future. Next up, a super simple feature that's going to save some of us a ton of time. You can now export all of your speaker join links from zoom events in one shot. Here it is. Click export done. For a lot of our events, this is going to save us a ton of time. If we're managing our speakers outside of the platform for some reason, it's a little feature, but it's going to add up to a ton of time savings. I want to close this month with two exciting updates for Simulive, one of my favorite formats that continues to really grow in popularity here. First up, certification is now available for Simulive events. So now hosts can deliver prerecorded content on a schedule with live interaction and automatically generate certificates for their attendees. So exciting. So just a reminder with Simulive, you can schedule polls or resources to launch at exactly the right time in the recording. And this is a perfect way to really build an event experience that's set up perfectly for certification. Respond to the poll, attend for a certain amount of time and get your certificate. So if you haven't explored this feature, it was released earlier this year. Be sure to check out our walkthrough video of that of certifications from zoom. So so many, so many great use cases. And finally, for this month, a small enhancement that I just love is a host can now schedule their Simulive sessions to start early. This is a great way to create a more natural feeling webinar experience when you're using prerecorded content. So now you schedule the session to kick off just a few minutes early and maybe include a countdown video or a pre-show loop, something like that. While your attendees arrive, let them get settled. When they arrive, they get to now see something purposeful and intentional, and then your content can start right on time. All hosts have to do is adjust the start time right here in the setup together. This tweak and the addition of certification makes Simulive even more powerful than before. Great way to really help build sessions that feel polished and prerecorded and ready to go at all times. That's May six updates all aimed at making your events easier to build, easier to run and easier to learn from. As always, this is just a curated list of our releases.
