Speaker 1: COVID-19. COVID-19. COVID-19. Hi, my name's Dr. Benfineo and I make Zoom tutorials. I just made one about Zoom's built-in live auto-transcription feature, which is pretty good with one glaring error. Apparently, it can't interpret COVID-19. If there's one thing you think it would get right over the last year, that would be it. I've been trying this for about 15 minutes now, and so far I've gotten to say Kobe, Coven, Covered, and most concerningly Korean, but pretty much everything but COVID. COVID. COVID. So, certainly not to criticize any employees at Zoom, clearly auto-transcription is great for accessibility for online learning, but if anyone sees this, that is one that you guys might want to fix.
