Analyze Every Case File at Once With RevInsights (Full Transcript)

[00:00:00] Speaker 1: In this video, we'll show you how to use RevInsights to work across all your case files at once. Instead of reviewing files one at a time, Insights lets you bring your whole evidence set into one place. Transcripts, PDFs, audio and video, and ask questions across all of it. Think of it as a research assistant that has read every document in your case. Let's open it up. You can either click RevInsights in the left menu, or if you already have files in mind, select them from your list and click Analyze to open Insights with those files already loaded. Once inside the Insights dashboard, you can add files over in the Files panel on the right. You can pull in files already in your Rev account or upload new ones from your computer. Any audio or video you add is transcribed automatically, and everything you upload is saved to your My Files folder for later. To remove a file, just click the X next to its name. Now, ask your question in the prompt box at the bottom of the center panel. The more specific you are, the better. Things like, what are the main disagreements between witnesses? Or, find every mention of a specific date. Here's the most important part. Every answer Rev gives you includes citations back to your source files. Click a citation, and that document opens on the right with the exact passage highlighted, so you can always see where an answer came from. Insights does the heavy lifting of surfacing what's relevant, but the verification is always yours. Everything saves automatically.
