Speaker 1: The 4th potential way to challenge a DWI in New Jersey is to challenge the Alcatest machine itself. I am an Alcatest 7110 certified DWI defense lawyer. What does that mean? It means that I went to a seminar in 2010 with Draeger Safety. Draeger is the manufacturer of the Alcatest machine in New Jersey. The vice president of Draeger gave a seminar to about 20 attorneys in New Jersey and I was one of them. We learned about the machine, we learned about the components, and we are now certified and licensed to actually properly utilize the machine. I could be the person giving you the breath test result. They have to provide us with calibration records, solution change reports, any repair records.
