These include transcription, translation, subtitling, virtual office services, formatting and desktop publishing. Our transcription and translation services, we work with audio and video transcription, subtitling creation and formatting and copy typing and proofreading. Within translations again we work with audio and video including foreign transcription, audio and video translation, subtitle translation and also we can translate your powerpoint presentations, provide translation proofreading services and provide certified translation. Within the categories of transcription and translation services there are also different options available. Similarly with translation services we offer time-coded translation, subtitle translation and edited translations. When it comes to turnaround times we are quite flexible, we can offer a discounted service of one week turnaround, a 48 hours standard service or we can expedite your projects and provide an urgent service for between four hours and 24 hours. Turnaround times are calculated from when we receive a file, have also received a client registration form and have received confirmation to begin work. If there's a delay in receiving any of this information or a file then we won't be able to count the turnaround time until we've received everything. For transcription we can quite easily provide turnarounds of four hours or less for quite short files without any problems. For translation services the turnaround is generally a minimum of 24 hours as translations often require extra proofreading and we like to have more than one linguist check on the work just for accuracy. We're open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and our transcriptionists and translators are from all around the globe so obviously you can work within different time zones and this helps to get your work back on time. We have locations in London as well as in Kent and our addresses are seen there.
