Speaker 1: You have the ability to watch and listen to all video and audio files in the system. And you can see that in this case, I have five video and audio files. However, you can upload as many as you have associated with your case. You have all of the standard playback features, rewind, fast forward, pause, and you can slow down or speed up the playback speed. All audio and video that you choose to have processed in the system will be transcribed using artificial intelligence, which is about 90 to 95% accurate. You're able to view these transcripts in two ways. By clicking close captioning, you can see it during playback. Or you can pull a complete transcript of the entire recording, broken down by speaker and timestamp. This transcript can be edited without overriding the original version, and a published edit will edit the closed captioning as well. Transcripts can be downloaded and printed.
