[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Do you want to check the knowledge or get to know the opinions of the participants of your webinar? The new survey creator in ClickMeeting was created just for this. You have three types of surveys available. The first is a survey, perfect for asking one quick question. The second is a quiz. Here you assign points to correct answers and automatically check the knowledge of the participants. The third is an expanded survey, in which you can combine closed, open and open-ended questions in a scale from 0 to 10. You can create surveys live during events in the webinar room. In the case of quizzes and expanded surveys, it is worth thinking about it earlier and preparing them in the account panel. Where to start? Choose a type of survey. Give it a name. Enter the question. Enter the first answer. Enter the next answer. What's next? You can customize literally everything. Add graphics to the questions. Turn on time limits. Set the random order of questions and answers so that no one takes them down. On the right, you can still see a preview of what your viewers will see. In addition to one- and multiple-choice questions, set a score, for example, in a scale from 1 to 5. Don't forget to save changes with this button. If you want to edit something, just enter the selected survey. Make changes. And save. When you run an event, click here and select the survey you want to run. Your participants will see it and be able to fill it out in this way. During the vote, you will see the percentage results live. By clicking here, you will finish the survey, and by clicking again, you will present a summary to the participants. Close the survey in this way. Detailed reports from surveys will be taken from the account panel right after the webinar. Test new surveys already during your next event.

Arow Summary
ClickMeeting’s survey creator helps webinar hosts collect participant opinions and assess knowledge. It offers three formats: a quick single-question survey, a scored quiz with automatic knowledge checks, and an expanded survey that combines closed, open, open-ended, and 0–10 scale questions. Surveys can be created live in the webinar room, while quizzes and expanded surveys are best prepared in advance from the account panel. Hosts can name surveys, add questions and answers, include images, set time limits, randomize question and answer order, preview the attendee view, assign scores, and edit saved surveys. During a webinar, hosts launch a selected survey, monitor live percentage results, end voting, share a summary with attendees, and access detailed reports afterward in the account panel.
