+1 (831) 222-8398[00:00:01] Speaker 1: Welcome to this changelog video roundup, hosted by me, the Descript Changelog. We've shipped so many features in the last month or so, and nobody CC'd me on any of them. Pretty rude, frankly. Given the job title. Here's what's new. Number one. Jump cuts got smoother. Delete a word, you make a cut, click the cut. And the new regenerate panel lets you smooth over the seam, video, audio, or both. So it looks less like something got yanked out, which to be fair, it did. Number two. You demanded it, we built it, you can now schedule a recording in rooms, set it for later, drop it in the calendar invite, and everybody shows up using the same link. Nobody's spinning up a room 30 seconds before the guest joins, not that I'd know. Don't get invited to those. Number three. This one's my favorite. You can edit an image by drawing on it, pick a photo, hit edit with AI, scribble over whatever's bothering you, and tell it what to do instead. Remove that guy in the background, swap out the sky, it repaints that spot and leaves everything else exactly how it was. No second app, no round trip. Number four. There's a new brain in the model picker, Claude Fable 5. It's the most powerful model Anthropic has ever shipped, and it comes with a credit cost to match. It's only pointed at your hardest jobs. I'd tell you it's smarter than me, but that's a low bar. Speaking of AI models, we added Claude Sonnet 5 to Underlord as well, and Gemini OmniFlash for video generation. Different jobs want different models, now there's more to reach for. Number five. You can now generate YouTube thumbnails right in your project. Run it as an AI action, or just ask Underlord. Frame per YouTube, done before you've alt-tabbed away. Number six. Here's all the bugs we fixed this month. As if you don't have enough on your plate already, we'll scroll them quick. That's all the updates we have for now. There's a whole bunch of little things we couldn't fit. You can click my link in the description for more. I've been the DescriptChangelog, and I'll see you next time.
