Speaker 1: So the creation of AI has begun and it's getting into the evolution of AI right now, it's evolving. There are a lot of AI tools that you must be coming across nowadays which can do multiple different functions. So if you're somebody who is building a business on the internet then you need to equip yourself with some of these AI tools because it's going to save you a lot of time and it's also going to make your work that much simpler. So in this video I'm going to show you one specific AI tool which can help you convert your audio into text which means you can transcribe your audios, doesn't matter how long the audios are and you can also create timestamps of those audios and plus this AI is also going to summarize your entire audio along with the transcription. It's a free tool, it's completely free to use and I'm going to share that with you in today's video. So when I was searching, I spent almost like a couple of hours looking for the right one, tested out multiple different softwares and finally came up with this and to my surprise it was free. It was like simply amazing. Let me show you how it has transcribed. Let me just go to my website. So I transcribed one of my podcast yesterday and I'll show you how it looks. Let's go to my blog. So this is a podcast that I had created a few days ago and I was looking for a software which could transcribe my podcast and this is what it did. All of this word by word it has transcribed with the timestamp. Not just this, it also summarized my entire podcast which is absolutely great. Think about it. If you want to summarize your entire, let's say an interview, a meeting or your podcast or anything, any audio, anything that you want to summarize automatically, it does that. It does do a few mistakes which is okay but the accuracy that I've seen is pretty good. I can say at least more than 90% accurate but here and there it does small mistakes which is okay. I have an Indian name, it missed my name almost everywhere which is fine. I'm pretty sure because it's an AI, it's going to evolve and as it evolves it's going to pick up every word that I'm going to say. So let me show you how it works. So once you sign up, this is the page you're going to look at. All you have to do is click on upload over here and add your audio file and yeah it transcribes only these formats. Let me show you. Wave, mp3, wave mp3 and stuff okay. I have not tried txt, docx. mp3 and wave is what it transcribes. So you click on browse. So I have wave files. Most of my podcasts are either in mp4 format or wave format. Nowadays I've started doing wave format because the quality is much more clear. So let's say I want to transcribe this one, five legal ways of getting canva pro for free. I have not transcribed this. All right so check the amount of time it's going to take. It's going to be, yesterday it was pretty quick. For all you know it might take maybe more than 60 seconds now just because I'm doing it live. Okay it always happens to me like Murphy's law. So let's see what happens. So it's uploading. Usually what is going to happen is it's going to upload the file first and once it is uploaded it's going to transcribe. Upload will depend on your internet speed and once it transcribes, completes the transcription, it's going to send you a email. Email which you registered with right. So and once you get an email saying if the transcription is done just log in back and you'll be able to download. All right so let's, it's still uploading maybe something to do with my internet. So there it is. It is done with the transcription. Now if you notice this was an audio file and it has transcribed my entire audio to text or converted the audio to text. Now it not just does a conversion it also gives you a summary of the entire. This is a podcast so it's giving me a summary of the entire podcast from a third person's view. If you, I'll just, if you read this right in this episode it says Santosh Ati that is me. All right so I can edit it later. So this, it gives you a full summary of the podcast and not just that it also gives you these nice time stamps in the podcast okay. It auto picks it and some highlights as well. Here it's just showing have a wonderful day the last line. There are multiple highlights it shows sometimes. My previous thing podcast that I transcribed yesterday it showed multiple highlights. Now this is okay. The interesting part about this, about Decipher is what I'm going to show you next. This one. So if you see here it has transcribed my entire podcast audio into text. Now I can go through this and check if there are any mistakes and if I want to correct it I can download this entire transcript and I can correct it as well. So everything is transcribed here. Your summary is over here. Now all you have to do is click on download and there are, you'll get about three options pdf, document, word and text file. So you can download it as a text file. It makes it a little easier to edit okay. So just click on text file and download and I'm going to open this. You can open it in wordpad, notepad or I use notepad plus plus just a little easy to work with. So this is what is downloaded and you have your episode name, title, date, duration in seconds and then you have the summary of the entire podcast. Don't just directly post it. Read it first. Check for mistakes. There will be very very minimal mistake. It's mostly I can say above 90% accurate. There will be like small mistake maybe spelling mistakes which you can correct. It usually you know spells my name wrong. It says Santosha. I can just correct it okay. So I can just check the entire summary if I'm going to use the summary that is. Summaries will be useful if you have done a podcast interview or any interviews or maybe your office meetings or company meetings you know you can record the entire meeting in audio format. And use this AI tool to convert that audio into text and it auto creates the summary of the entire meeting and also gives you timestamps of what was spoken. Pretty useful right. You can keep a record of everything that happens and this is the general timestamp which is okay. I don't personally I wouldn't use it unless it looks good. Otherwise you have this transcript which can be used in your blogs. You can use it under podcast description and wherever you want right. I usually use this in my blog like I showed you earlier. So copy this entire thing and for some reason it has picked a b three speakers okay. I don't know it found three different versions of my voice. There were no no one else. It was just my single podcast okay. So it has picked up three which is fine. What I would usually do is I'll just delete this. I don't need these speaker names. I'll delete it and then I'll copy the entire thing and I'll paste it in my website like let me show you. So this is what I would do. I would just copy the entire transcript here and paste it on my website under my podcast right. This is very useful. It is useful for your SEO. It will help your it will help Google index your pages and it will also help you in ranking better on your podcast in Google or any of the search engines. Pretty cool right. It's a free tool. And if you are somebody who is into transcription or if you want to get into freelancing where you can do transcription you this is a great tool. You don't have to spend a lot of time you know going listening to word by word and typing or using any of those complicated transcript transcription tools. So all you have to do is use this tool copy the audio over here and let it do the majority of the work and then just proofread it and check if it is the spellings are OK whether it's summarized it right and things like that and you can transcribe. It's a great skill to have you know transcription and what you can do is you can go to all these freelance sites like Fiverr freelancer and there are many out there and list yourself as a transcriber. There are a lot of people out there who want their audios to be transcribed or they want their audios to have subtitles. So you will get you will be able to get these freelance jobs as well.
