tool you have to create account okay uh sign up and give your gmail and then they will ask you some question that uh either do you uh either you want this for your business or for yourself or for freelancer okay answer to these questions and you your account will be created okay click on the login and now you will say i already created account on the oris so here you can see this is my dashboard on which i have the transcribe one of the latest uh file here okay so once you upload your file on the rs.io it will be transcribed automatically okay so to upload the file you have to click here on the project give the project name which will be let's say test 2 and click on the next okay so once you click on the next here you can see the test 2 okay add video to project okay so to add video you can also upload the video file the rdo file okay now the maximum limit is 1 gb it should be 1 gb file okay and that is mp4 mp3 and m4a okay click on here and let's upload this file okay so once you upload the file here they will ask you the question that either this file is in english language or in other language so you have to select the language of that file okay that file is in english okay the speakers are talking with each other in english language if they are in other language you can select other as well here okay so you can if you want some portion to transcribe or translate you can edit from here click on the cut audio and from here you can you can edit this okay let's say this is just for test so let's upload this portion so that it take less time in uploading in automatic transcribing okay now click on the upload and now it is uploading and once it's done it will be automatically transcribed okay so then they will provide you a text in the notepad or in the wordpad and then you can easily convert the text into the other languages okay for example Japanese for example chinese okay or korean languages and on a fiverr it does have a lot of charges like you can charge five dollar per hour or twenty dollar per hour and you can provide these services online on the fiverr on the upward okay so it is uploading it will take a little time so once it's done then I will show you that how you can edit date transcribed file and how you can translate date to the other languages and how you can export it then so here you can see that it has been uploaded successfully okay your video upload process was successful okay click on the okay and now it is uploading on your project sir dashboard so here you can see this that the file has been transcribed automatically this is the test 2 project and in the test 2 project i have transcribed uploaded this file now click on this file and it will show you the text of that audio okay i have cut some of the portion from there that's why it is short okay i just want to show you that how you can do that okay now the file has been transcribed here you can see if you want to edit it you can see here this is a stop editing view and this is start editing okay if you want to edit it you can edit it like this one okay so here if you want to check that either there is some mistakes or not click on the play button and here you can see this the speaking text is highlighting okay when the speakers are talking okay here you can see this is transcribed do accurately there is punctuations here okay which is what should we talk about today so this is a question sentence and here you can see the question mark at the last okay so this is the most accurate tool now the transcribing is done and if you want to translate it into the other language then it's very easy just you have to click on this plus button and it will ask you to which language you want to translate this english okay here you can see at the beginning we have selected the english as a transcribing file here you cannot see the english because english to english translation is like it does not have meaning okay so if you want to convert this english to japanese and click on the apply and click on here okay so here you can see this it is a loading and after some time it will be converted to japanese okay and then you can export that japanese as well it is loading and it will take a little time after this it will be transcribed here you can see this that it has been uh trans translated to the japanese okay here if you click on the export now it will ask you to export as a caption is export as a text export as a text and choose language we have english and japanese click on the japanese and click on the export here you can see this the japanese has been exported open this and we have this file which is exported okay now if you want to translate it into the other language like you can see here let's close this japanese one and click on the plus and click on the other language let's say korean language and click on the apply and click on the ok okay first you have to check the english data that there is some spelling mistake or not okay and after that you have to translate it okay it is converting to the uh korean language okay so once it's done okay here you can see it is converted to the korean language and here now you can see click on the export click on the text and now you would have the two option which is english and korean okay click on the korean one and click on the export so you have exported that as a korean language okay here you can see this one okay so in this way you can transcribe you can translate using the artist tool and this tool is like it provide you some of the uh some of the portion uh here you can see this it provides you the 5 gb of the space in which you can save your project and also in one month you can only transcribe and translate one hour of the one hour of the audio or video file okay so i would suggest to create a two or three accounts you would have multiple hours to transcribe or translate okay so this is the best uh tool for you accurate tool that you
