You can also copy the LiveAssist link and share it with others. Access will depend on your selected privacy settings. Remember, anyone accessing the LiveAssist panel must be logged in to Firefly's to view the notes. At the bottom, you'll see two key buttons. Live Transcript shows everything being said in real-time, with speaker names and timestamps. You will also find AI Notes here. These are structured notes and bullet points that appear automatically as the conversation unfolds. You'll also find Meeting Prep, which instantly pulls in past context so you're always ready to contribute. On the right side is Ask Fred, your AI teammate who can answer anything about your ongoing meeting. You'll notice a few preloaded prompts like Catch Me Up on the Last Minute, Suggest Follow-Up Questions, or Action Items. Once you click on it, you will see some relevant follow-up questions automatically. You can use these suggestions or just type your own questions like, What decisions have we made so far? Ask Fred understands the context and responds instantly, whether it's pulling from your current meeting, recent conversations, or even performing a quick web search if needed. You'll also find AI apps here. These are pre-built workflows that help you extract structured insights in one click. If you're on a paid plan, you'll also see dynamic topic suggestions.
