[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Set up essentials. Get Firefly's ready for your whole team. A few minutes of setup keeps every meeting secure and compliant, and your team gets value from day one. Here are the four things to set up first. Sign-in, privacy, integrations, and quick fixes. Start with single sign-on. On the enterprise plan, go to settings, then team, then security, and configure SAML SSO. It works with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, JumpCloud, or any SAML provider. Paste in your providers, sign-in URL, and X.509 certificate. Firefly's gives you a login link to share with your team. When SSO is enforced on your domain, teammates go straight to your company login. Next, admin controls. In settings, the team tab holds recording and privacy for the whole workspace. Choose what gets saved. A transcript and summary with no recording, or just the summary. Auto-delete meetings after a retention period, from one week to one year. Recording rules always record, or always skip, meetings by title or email domain. Compliance notifications, let participants know Firefly's is taking notes. Want no bot at all? The Chrome extension records Google Meet calls, and the desktop app records meetings and calls right from your computer. Now connect your tools. Connect Zoom so Fred skips host approval and waiting rooms. HubSpot gets your notes and tasks on contacts, companies, and deals. Salesforce syncs notes and summaries to leads, contacts, and opportunities. Skills can send their output straight into those tools. And admins decide who can connect each integration, and who can create skills. Finally, quick fixes. If Fred missed a meeting, check the meeting status page first. Then check your auto-join setting and your calendar connection. No transcript yet? Give it a few minutes to process, or ask the host to share it with you. Log in trouble, try an incognito window, or sign out of other Google or Microsoft accounts. Step-by-step guides for all of this live at guide.fireflies.ai. Get started today.
