[00:00:00] Speaker 1: I think I've just found the smartest notetaker I've ever used and the weird thing is it doesn't really feel like a notetaking app because normally when I think about a notetaker I usually think about Zoom. A bot joins your meeting it writes everything down it gives you a summary and that's basically it. But HappyScribe is a little bit different because I can literally pull out my iPhone hit record and start talking. No meeting link, no bot, no setup and it works even if I'm offline. So let me show you how. I'm going to put my phone into aeroplane mode then I'm just going to click record and then all I have to do is talk. This could be a meeting, an interview, a lecture or just a conversation I'm having with somebody or honestly it can just be an idea I don't want to forget. And when I get back online that recording syncs straight back into HappyScribe and this is where it starts feeling like another voice recorder because now I have the actual conversation. I can see who said what, I can actually search through it and HappyScribe can automatically turn it into something I can use. So here's the part I really quite like. I don't have to go back and listen to a 45 minute conversation just to find that one thing I needed. HappyScribe gives me the summary, the action items, the most important decisions and I can actually ask the transcript questions. So now I can go back to the conversations I had months ago and ask what did my client say about pricing and instead of scrolling through hundreds of notes I just get the answer. That's when I realised this isn't just another note-taking app, it's a memory system and this is why I think the timing is actually quite interesting because Apple is making the iPhone much better at understanding information that's already on your device. Siri can work with your information, Apple Intelligence can summarise things, your iPhone now is becoming much more aware of what you're doing. But there's still one massive category that your iPhone doesn't automatically understand. What you say, your meetings, your interviews, your conversations, those random ideas you have and that's where HappyScribe fits in. Apple can help you work with the information on your phone. HappyScribe makes those conversations become information in the first place and this gets even better if you don't only work in English. HappyScribe supports 150 plus languages and dialects with automatic language detection. So you can have one conversation in English, another in Spanish and another in Portuguese and they're all sitting in the same searchable archive. And then there's probably my favourite part of it all. You can actually turn those conversations into content. I can record an idea into my iPhone, then I can turn it into a transcript, then use AI to develop it and then eventually turn that same conversation into subtitles or translated content. And that's why I think this is a much more interesting category than just another AI note-taker because I'm no longer looking for something just to take notes for me anymore. I want something to remember the things I don't have time to write down anymore. And that's what this HappyScribe app does really well because the best information in your life isn't always sitting inside that document. Sometimes it's something you said five minutes ago and now you don't need to forget about it.
