[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Here's how to connect Zoom with Fireflies as an admin in just a few minutes. Here's how to get started as an admin. Let's start by setting up your Zoom account. Log in as an admin and head over to the Zoom web portal. Under Account Management, Account Settings, make sure Cloud Recording is enabled. And under Security, confirm that participants can join with the right permissions, like enabling the Join Before Host option if needed. If your Zoom settings are correct and your calendar has the Zoom link, Fireflies will still be able to join your calls. You can invite Fireflies to your Zoom meetings in a few simple ways. Set it to auto-join from your settings, add it directly to a live meeting, or include fred at fireflies.ai in your calendar invite. If your meetings require a password, be sure to include it in the invite so Fireflies can join successfully. When the meeting ends, Fireflies will process the recording and generate the meeting notes, and you can find them Fireflies Dashboard.
