[00:00:02] Speaker 1: I went to law school in Houston. I met my wife here in Houston. We moved to Katy about 12, 13 years ago. I hate traffic and commuting, so Katy it was. Back in 2018, my partner and I split, and I started this firm, which we rebranded as The Debt Defenders. One of the things that I love about Lawmatics is all the reporting and the analytics. So the things that I track is obviously ROI on each different marketing channel is hugely important, but also the cost per lead, the cost per acquisition, and also too for my intake specialists. I can see at any point in time, you know, what their conversion rate is.

[00:00:59] Speaker 2: I look at how many of the leads that come in and how many of those were able to convert. Not just as a company, but individually for the intake specialist.

[00:01:10] Speaker 1: And so we monitor all that stuff very carefully just to make sure that, you know, the salespeople don't have more work than they can handle. That's literally on the homepage dashboard is, you know, the lead volume and stuff on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. Just having those analytics and that dashboard there has helped me as the business owner decide which of my marketing is working and what's not working. And I've been able to pour gasoline on and really blow it up and just to get a significant number of leads.

[00:01:44] Speaker 2: Some of the things that I've implemented because of the reporting is better training for our intake specialists, knowing where they lack and where they need to improve to actually hit their monthly goals as well as yearly goals. We've been able to go from a hundred clients to over 300 in a month, so we want to just keep going and pushing for higher numbers every time.

[00:02:15] Speaker 1: You can't grow a business without marketing, you just can't, right? And having the data and the insight as far as what works and what doesn't work is vital. Otherwise you're just throwing money away. Lawmatics has really helped us with that insight and know what's working and what's not working.

[00:02:32] Speaker 2: Knowing these numbers helps me do my job because I'm able to see where we're at, not just on a monthly basis, but on a daily basis, individually and as a company.

[00:02:42] Speaker 1: Our plans are to expand into other states, and that's something that we're looking at doing for next year. While we're based in Katy, we practice statewide in Texas. Lawmatics will definitely be able to help us do that and be able to track each of those states independently.
