Back in 2018, my partner and I split, and I started this firm, which we rebranded as The Debt Defenders. One of the things that I love about Lawmatics is all the reporting and the analytics. So the things that I track is obviously ROI on each different marketing channel is hugely important, but also the cost per lead, the cost per acquisition, and also too for my intake specialists. I can see at any point in time, you know, what their conversion rate is.

Just having those analytics and that dashboard there has helped me as the business owner decide which of my marketing is working and what's not working. And I've been able to pour gasoline on and really blow it up and just to get a significant number of leads.
