[00:00:00] Speaker 1: I thought you did a great job. All right, we'll see ya. Bye. I just finished recording and my rough cut's already done? Okay, let me back up. Today I'm gonna show you how you can hand off your production work to AI agents that take you from prep to publish every step of the way. Let's get into it. Now there are four agents and each one has a different job. The producer helps prep you and your studio for recording. The editor and the clipper pretty much speak for themselves. The editor, well, edits your episode. The clipper clips your content so it's ready to share. And the marketer helps you get them out to your audience. We'll see each one of them in action, but first we need something to record. Let's say I'm interviewing a guest for my YouTube channel. I'll start with the producer to get the recording scheduled and the studio ready. Now that I'm in my Riverside studio, you'll notice your AI agents are here and ready to get to work. To set up the studio, we're gonna use the producer. I'm gonna give it a prompt to schedule my recording session. Schedule a recording session with my guest tomorrow at 12 p.m. So now I'm pulled into the producer chat and it's showing me that it just scheduled the event. In this case, it's October 22nd and it's set for 12 p.m. my time. Now I could have put this in the same prompt, but I'm gonna follow up by giving it my guest's email and telling them to invite my guest to the session. So it asked me if I should send an invitation to that email for tomorrow's recording session. I went ahead and said yes. And the producer is even asking me if I wanna write a teleprompter script or talking points for the session. I actually already have that planned out, so I don't need that this time. But now if we go to our planner, I can see right here on my schedule that I've got a recording with guest tomorrow at 12 p.m. And if I need to, I can come in here and edit any of the details. I can also see that my guest has been invited via email. So now that we have the session scheduled, let's go ahead and prepare the studio. Now the prompt I'm gonna give the producer is prep the studio with these interview questions, scenes, lower thirds, and my branding. And underneath, I'll paste the interview questions that I had prepared. So now it's gonna go ahead and prep the studio for me so that when I'm hopping in to record, everything's ready to go. All right, so let's go ahead and open up the studio and see if everything's done. Okay, so now I'm in my studio, and I'm already seeing that the branding has been applied. I'm seeing that the logo is here on the top right. Let's check out scenes. Awesome, so right here, it's created an interview scene for me, and it's created a guest spotlight. So I can come in here and customize these exactly how I want. And if I open up the teleprompter, I can see that my interview questions are all here, but I can see that all my questions have made it right in here for me to review. And this is actually really cool. When I open up the text panel here, it's actually taken a summary of my questions and created lower thirds that I can show here. This is awesome. So then right here, I can customize this and say, okay, for five seconds, and I can trigger this in the recording session. I can say show, and it'll pull up this title here, but that way I can show the questions that I'm actually asking my guest, and then you can see them visually, and this is all happening live. That's really cool. But at this point, you know that your interview questions are prepped, and you even have a couple of lower thirds that are ready to show related to your questions, or you can add some more custom ones. Now my studio's ready, and the producer stays here on the left during the recording. So if my guest says something I want to explore a little bit more, I can ask, what would be a good follow-up question? Or I could just ask for a recap of the session so far, and coming soon, the producer will be able to suggest those follow-ups proactively without me having to ask. Now once we finished recording, the producer hands things over to the editor and clipper. They work together as a team to move the episode into the next stage. Let's see what the editor can do with that. Now keep in mind that there is a difference between cleaning up a recording and making it a better episode. Sometimes the conversation takes a minute to get going, or your guest says something halfway through that would make a much stronger opening. Now those are the kind of decisions I want help with here. So let's go ahead and open up the edit for our recent recording. Now I can see the editor has already created an editing plan here, so I can go ahead and just click start editing, and it's gonna open up the Riverside editor for me, and we can start working with the editor here. I've told it to start the editing plan, so it's gonna go ahead and say prepare a rough cut, it's gonna remove filler words, shorten pauses, switch up layouts, polish the sound, apply my branding, and it's gonna add some extra visuals. I'm curious to see what it does by itself. I've been through the whole recording, it's a relaxed interview, and the strongest material starts once Ben asks the first real question. I wanna keep it pretty casual, so I'm gonna go with light cleanup, and I'm gonna select that. Now watching it work here, I can see that it's removed some pauses already. At this point, I'm pretty much just answering questions that it's giving me, and this is the editing plan that it already created. So I haven't put in a single prompt of my own just yet, and I'm already well on my way with this edit. Now the editor has done all of that starting point with the smart mute, magic audio, smart layouts, filler words. Now it's ready to add branding, logo design, and caption style. Okay, so it's gone ahead and applied my brand kit. I can already see that here. It's added this layout for the split screen setup. It's got my logo on the bottom left, and it's added captions. And one thing I will say, if you're telling it to apply your brand kit and all that stuff, make sure you have all of that stuff already preset to how you want it to look, and that way you'll get the best results. The editor can also help with motion graphics, even if you don't have a specific animation in mind. Here, I'm asking, do you have any suggestions for visual motion graphics in this edit? Not just text, but animated motion graphics. It comes back with a few ideas based on our conversation. The first is an animated line graph to illustrate what my guest says about some videos doing well and others flopping. Let's start with that one. I'll say generate the first motion graphic. Once it's finished, I can preview the animation right here in the chat before adding it to my timeline. I'll click add to timeline, then check how it looks in the edit. Now we've got an animated visual alongside my guest, giving us another way to illustrate what we're talking about. Another suggestion was a subscribe animation, so I'll ask it to generate that one next. I can customize this to my branding and channel name, which I can preview and add where I want it in the episode. So from that same conversation, we've got a visual to support what my guest is saying and a subscribe animation call out, all generated using the editor agent. At this point, this video is pretty much ready to export. I'm still deciding how this episode should feel. I'm just able to spend more of my time reviewing the result and then shaping it. Now for the clipper, making a great short clip is its own skill. Someone scrolling past hasn't heard the rest of this conversation. So the moment has to make sense on its own and give them a reason to keep watching. The clipper knows how to find those moments. After recording, it goes through the episode and suggests the best parts worth sharing. I can also give it a specific direction, like find moments where Ryan gives advice about getting your first paying client. Once I've picked my favorites, I can say, turn these moments into vertical clips for social media, give each one a strong opening, trim the ending, add captions and my branding. The clipper handles those edits, including reframing the video so it works vertically. And I can keep refining it through the chat. So I can choose from its suggestions, ask for something specific and make adjustments as a review. And if there's a magic clip you really like, you can take the edit of that clip even further with Boost. Boost adds another layer of editing to your clip, using things like motion graphics, B-roll, and background music to give it a more polished, finished look. So for this example, I'll go ahead and pick a magic clip that I really like and click Boost. So let's go with this one, I'm gonna click Boost. Now that's gonna open up the edit with the clipper on the left-hand side here. And first it asks me to choose a style that it wants my edit to be in. Now there's a bunch of different options to choose from here and each is gonna give the clip a different type of editing look. I'm gonna go with this one that says do the work. Now once I've picked one, I can choose which elements I want to include in the edit. Things like dynamic captions, motion graphics, background music, punch-ins and transitions, B-roll, or scene teleport hook. Now you don't have to include everything on here, I'm just choosing what I think will work for this clip. You can also see the AI credit costs next to the generate button here. And once I'm happy with my choices, I'll click generate and I'll let the clipper get to work. Now this can take a few minutes to generate, but once it's finished, I've got a more polished, high quality edited clip that has motion graphics, B-roll and captions ready to review and publish. And if there's any changes I want made, I can either have clipper do them for me or I can do them here right in the editor. Now at this point, we've got a full episode and a couple of clips. Now we just need to get them in front of people using the marketer. And just so you know, you can also do every part of this process using Riverside's mobile app. You can go through the editing plan, you can cut clips and you can schedule posts. So for this example, let's check out using the marketer directly on mobile. I'll start by asking, suggest where and when to post these clips and write a caption for each one. Now the marketer will put together a suggested schedule and the captions to go with it. I can review everything and ask for changes just like I would with the other agents. Now, once I'm happy with everything, I can say, schedule these posts for the times you suggested. Nothing posts without my approval. So I can check the clips, adjust any wording and approve the schedule all from my phone. But of course you can also do this on desktop. And now from that one interview, we've got content scheduled and ready to reach our audience. And that's what I like about this idea. You can have help with the work around your recording while keeping your attention on the conversation and the creative decisions that matter to you.
