Speaker 1: In this tutorial, I'll show you how to auto generate captions or subtitles for your videos inside CapCut for Windows. Welcome to this video. My name is David and I hope you're well wherever you are around the world. So I've got my video inside this particular media bin here. And I'll just drag and drop it to the timeline. It has an audio file, I'll just separate this by pressing on Ctrl Shift S or just right click and then click on that. And this is what everything looks like now. To automatically generate subtitles or captions for this video, all I need to do is just click on text. And then you'll see the option to create auto captions. Click on that. And from this selection, you'll see auto captions, recognize speech in the video, and generate auto captions. You can clear the current subtitle if you check this, if that's already available. But since that is not available, just click on Create. Now, let's give CapCut some time to do its magic in the background and create auto captions for us for this particular audio stream in this particular video. I'd like us to see how they look like. Probably we can make some few adjustments. Speech recognized and everything is done. It's right here on the timeline, we can just zoom in slightly and see what we got. So I can just come up to this section, click on this. And you can see if I actually play this, let's see how big the subtitles are. They're actually tiny here. So what we can do, we can actually change the font size to something like, let's say, a 10 and then change the color to maybe something like maybe a red might do just for the visibility of this. I think that might do, but it's not the best color. But what happens once you change for that particular section, it changes for everything else. So we can actually just play to see and listen. And you can see that it starts exactly where the voiceover begins. So we can just play that. With the recent update on the YouTube interface, it's now easier than before to download YouTube transcripts. Hi, my name is David from freelance. Now, it's done a really awesome job. The only downside to this is that there's lack of punctuation, capitalization, and some nitty gritties that hopefully one would want when using the speech to text feature inside CapCut creating auto captions or auto subtitles from this. But just from the look of it, it's done a spectacular job. And if you just wanted to add subtitles for your videos, then that is how you can quickly create subtitles for your videos using the auto caption feature in CapCut. I hope this tutorial is of value to you. Thanks for watching.
