[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Now that your recording and privacy settings are in place, let's walk through the rest of your personal settings, starting with Compliance Notification. Click Settings in the left-hand sidebar and select Compliance Notification from the left menu. The first option here, Notify Participants via Email, sends an automatic email to everyone on the meeting invite one hour before the call, letting them know Fireflies will be recording. You can choose to enable or disable it. You can also edit the email message directly to match your company's tone or add any specific legal language you need. Below that, Meeting Chat Notification automatically drops a message in the meeting chat the moment Fireflies joins, so everyone in the room can see in real-time that the meeting is being recorded. This message is set by default at the beginning of every meeting. And then there's Meeting End Notification that sends a chat alert when your meeting is approaching its recording time limit, so you're never caught off guard, made conversation. Now let's quickly walk through the rest of your personal settings. AI Settings is where you control who can access your AI skills, just you or specific participants or team members. You'll also find Topic Tracker here, where you can add keywords that Fireflies will automatically highlight across all your meetings. Great if you always want to track things like competitor mentions or specific product names. And there's Custom Vocabulary, where you can add names, acronyms or internal terms, so Fireflies transcribes them correctly every time. Live Meeting Settings control what happens while a meeting is in progress. You have an option to share live meeting notes with participants through the meeting chat or via email. And if you want to control how Fireflies interacts with you live during the meeting, the Talk to Fireflies section lets you configure options to chat with it, trigger it by voice, and even have it respond back in audio. Knowledge Base is where you store company information, things like company and product details or playbooks that Fireflies uses to power Live Meeting Assist and voice agents. Next is Developer Settings, where you'll find your API key and webhook options if you're building custom integrations. And Cookies and Analytics lets you manage your data and analytics preferences. At the bottom of the left, you'll also find AI credits, billing and account, so you can track your usage, manage your plan and update your account details whenever you need to. That's a full picture of your personal settings. If you're an admin setting up Fireflies for your whole team, the next video is for you.
