How to Switch from Samsung to Google Voice Keyboard on Samsung Devices (Full Transcript)

Speaker 1: Good day and welcome to the channel in this very short video We're going to demonstrate how to change your voice keyboard on a Samsung device from the Samsung voice Which is horrible to the Google voice keyboard, which is Not so bad. So this is a voice to text conversion So let's just show you the problem and then we'll show you the very quick solution It also explained that this is a follow-up to a previous one We did because Samsung in a recent update has changed where the setting is So let's get to it. Let's go to settings here and I'm going to bring up a voice chat now you can see here that this is the Samsung keyboard and the short way to change it is to go to the bottom here and Select the the keyboard icon and change it to Google voice typing Problem with that is won't keep it changed the next time you go back to it. It's not going to be there Wow, is that annoying it's gonna go back to the Samsung voice to text which is really bad Okay, although it is in fairness it is getting much better. Okay enough of that So what you do is go to the top of your phone and swipe down Click the cog Go all the way to the bottom. If you're not already down there scroll all the way to the bottom go to general management Samsung keyboard settings and you think why would I look in there? I'm not looking for a Samsung keyboard setting I'm just looking for keyboard settings Yeah, well that's where it is so you scroll down until you find voice input and Now you select Google voice input bingo and now click back and back and back and Let's just clear this all together and let's go check out my voice to text Bingo we're back to Google, baby Exclamation mark.
