I am going to show you two very simple and very effective options when doing this process. Well, the first thing we are going to do is a source from where we are going to extract the audio to transcribe it to text. In this case it can be from a file in mp3 like this one, which is the art of the war of Sun Tzu. I also have this video or the source can be from the internet like a video on YouTube. Now what we are going to do is open another window on our browser. We are going to go to Google and start a session and we are going to look in Google Apps for what would be documents. This would be the first option. The only detail that this application has is that it always has to work in the foreground. If we are capturing and we press any other part on our computer, the playback stops. With the second option that I am going to show you, this does not happen. Since we are in this part, we are going to start a blank document and at this moment we already have what we are going to occupy to transcribe everything that is voice audio directly to text. Now we are going to play the video and then we go back to the page by clicking anywhere in the writing area. We press the keys CTRL SHIFT or SHIFT plus S. They are deactivated, so I can only change what would be the pattern. At this moment it is for me. As you can see, at this moment I paused here, the transcription stopped and when I pressed the keys CTRL SHIFT S at that moment the microphone opened and automatically began to transcribe. You can also activate it from the tools option dictated by voice. Only here it does not start automatically, you have to turn it on from here. Well, my voice is already recording. We are going to turn it off. We can also do it from a video, we press play. As you can see, what is being heard is being transcribed. Now from a file in mp3. As you can see, this procedure is very simple. All you need is a little practice to be able to transcribe as much audio as possible. Now let's go to the second option, which would be with Speech Note. In the description of this tutorial I will leave you the link so that you go both to documents directly. Just remember that there you have to log in with a Google account. In Speech Note you do not need an account. The only detail is that if you work from a desktop machine and for some reason the light goes out, in Speech Note you will not recover absolutely nothing. In Google Documents the synchronization is automatically saved in the cloud and if for some reason the computer is turned off or the session is closed, then when you restart it, there will be what you have already worked on.
