So in this video today I'm going to show you how to convert your SRT files into other languages and I'll show you guys what an SRT file is, give you guys kind of a really brief description of it and where to go ahead and make these SRT files and a little price comparison on some of the services that allow you to do this. So I actually have a great vendor which I'll share with you guys that does this for me for a really good price. So here's a video and I'm going to go ahead and scroll down to where it says subtitles and this is going to be the standard text that YouTube automatically just deciphers from the video. You cannot use this to go and make an SRT file. So what you're going to have to do is go on the left hand side, go under subtitles and once you click this you're going to go ahead and hit add language. We're going to choose English just by hitting E on the keyboard, United States and go ahead and hit add. Since I'm running TubeBuddy on here I can just go ahead and hit translate and this is going to be a pure translate just because we're going from English to English but the next step is where it's going to get key in how TubeBuddy can save you guys a lot of time and money and if you guys come up with a free way of doing this guys please let me know as I love saving money and I love sharing content with the world. And now we're going to click on upload file with timing and these are all the SRT files I have. So I'm going to go ahead and just choose one just for demonstration purposes and we can see that it's got everything broken down. So basically SRT files are going to be a very detailed breakdown of the video and what's being actually said or heard in that couple of seconds. So everything's broken down into seconds and milliseconds and to make this it's very time consuming guys. I have tried to do this and honestly unless you have the focus I would go ahead and outsource this but if you guys do find a simpler way please let me know down in the video description. And here's a service that advertises it for $1.50 per minute so if you have a 10 minute long video it'll cost you $15. To me that's very expensive. This is a vendor that I use and he charges me $35 for 105 minutes of SRT files so if I send him a total of 15 videos and they all equal 105 minutes he'll charge me $35. So I'll leave a link to this vendor in the video description down below and this guy knows exactly how to do this and he has not made a mistake so check that out. And now all I got to do is hit publish and now that I have my base language here in English and the SRT file added I can go ahead and automatically translate this into German for example. Just come in here and hit add, hit translate and if you guys are looking at my screen and wondering what this button is this is going to be vidIQ and they do have an auto translate function however the next step is not going to be enabled on vidIQ which is this auto translate so if you hit this right here it'll automatically take everything break it down into a similar time frame and change the language from English to German and I normally like putting it in Arabic, Hindi, simplified Chinese, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian and Portuguese as those are the most popular languages and if I miss a language that you think that I should be adding onto my SRT files please let me know in the video description down below.
