[00:00:00] Speaker 1: To get started with these prompts, open any matter you're working on and take a look at the orange Archie tab located on the right side of your action bar. In there, you'll see the prompt library. It's filled with your own prompts, your firm's prompts, and prompts published by Smokeball, just waiting for you to explore, use, duplicate, and edit to your liking. From here, you can try out the Discovery Extract Interrogatories prompt. This tool copies the interrogatories word for word from a PDF and outputs them into a new Word document. Once that's done, you can feed the output to the Answer Interrogatories prompt, which will ask Archie to produce answers, to the best of its ability, using the information saved in your matter. Need to update your client with the latest offer? The Email to Client with Counteroffer update. The prompt drafts a quick message for you, ensuring your client is always in the loop on the latest settlement offer. Next, there's the Settlement Negotiations Summary prompt. This feature gives you a clear table that displays all the offers and demands that have been exchanged on your matter. Say goodbye to the days of sifting through notes trying to track down what's been negotiated already. Use it to get up to speed on where negotiations are at or to strategize and plan your next move. When you need to tell the client's medical story, either as part of a demand letter or in a complaint, give the Simple Medical Narrative prompt a try. This tool helps you create a chronological narrative from medical records. It's perfect for when you have a manageable number of records. For large volumes of records, we recommend checking out the Archie apps integrations instead. Try it with only the key pages from whole record sets, like progress notes, operative reports, and diagnostic imaging reports. Want to see these prompts in action? Just click the BlueRun prompt button right over here on the right. Alternatively, in the new chat window, you can click the Books icon to search for the specific prompt you want to use in the prompt library. Once you've identified the right one, click the BlueRun prompt button on the right and watch it work its magic.
