Speaker 1: Did you know that you can use StreamYard's record-only feature to create videos and for podcasting without actually needing to go live? In this video, I'm going to show you how. I'm Sarah Nguyen and on this channel, I help you grow your business using video with e. StreamYard's record-only feature is a great tool to use if you're looking for an easy way to create videos or record podcast episodes. Let's go over to my computer now and I'll show you how to do this in a few clicks. Now to record your podcast or to use the record-only feature in StreamYard, you want to log into StreamYard and once you've done that, go to create a broadcast. So click on that and then here you'll see that it has in this light gray text here, skip record only, so you don't need to set up any of your destinations for this. So go ahead and click on that and then write a title for the actual video. This is not that important. You can change this later. Then select create broadcast. You can select the camera and microphone settings before you go into the StreamYard studio and also select your display name. And then click on enter studio. Once you're in StreamYard studio, you can start doing pretty much everything that you would do if you were live streaming. So you can share your screen, you can add your guest if you have guests, or you can just record your talking head video, or you can just record your audio as well. So you can do everything that you do in your live stream without actually having to go live. And once you're ready to actually start and start the recording process, you would click on record. And then StreamYard will start recording this session. So go ahead, record your amazing content, share your screen if you have any content to share, go through all your content, talk through your podcast episode. And once you're ready to end the recording, you would simply select end broadcast. So once you've done that, you'll be able to then go back to the top right hand corner here where it says links, and you can download the recording. You can download both the video recording and the audio recording. And once you select these, these will download the files, which you can then save to your computer and send in to be edited by your amazing podcast editor, or if that podcast editor is yourself, you can edit it yourself, as well as the video recording if you did want to use the video section of the recording as well.
