Speaker 1: hello friends today we are going to talk about the voice typing or dictation option in MS Word so by default there is no option in MS Word which you can see that I don't have any option here to dictate because I am using a unlicensed version and i don't have got subscription from the microsoft office 365 website so i'm gonna show you that how you can uh type by your device in microsoft office even if you don't have any dictate option so first click on windows button and go to settings menu after going to settings click on time and language and click on language option so here uh you make sure that you have added english united states as your default language because it supports uh text to speech output and speech recognition so this is important thing that we are going to talk about okay so I'm going to exit this and then left click on your taskbar and here choose the show touch and keyboard button so click on it here the touch keyboard button will be available so click on it simply click on it and make sure that you have selected English language as your type input so here you will have a button which is microphone button and you can use it by for your wise typing so make sure that you're connected to the internet to use this feature because this recognizes your eyes online and you can use it then so I'm gonna delete my words on my document so click on it simply click on it hello hello so you can see that you can type by your voice so I'm gonna type a sentence for example hello how are you where are you from hello how are you where are you from so you can see that it's quite easy to type by your voice in MS Word so here are some important things to learn for example to insert a dot or comma in document we use some commands I mean voice commands so we turn the microphone on first select a dictation field hello how are you period so to insert a dot please say period and again we type this sentence hello how are you comma So you can see that it have written comma So and one another thing to write numbers in document, please Speak like this 03 Plus 0 5 03 plus 0 5 so you can type like this and numbers like this because i am using a built-in microphone of my laptop which is far away from my mouth so the voice recognition recognition is not so good so you can use an external mic for good result so if you like my video please subscribe my channel and share it with your friends thanks for watching
