[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Here we see a flow for preparation and prioritization. The first step is to create a scheduled task. We're asking ZooMate to create a daily briefing that includes information from calendar, email, chat, and dev channel activities for the past 24 hours, as well as any unread messages or at mentions. It's going to search the web for the latest AI news and include any of the top three to five items. All of that will get put together into a list of numbered priorities and an AI news watch in a podcast and also as text in this thread to be referenced later. Now that the tool is created, let's see what it looks like in use. We see that we have a audio file ready and if we scroll up we see our script from the podcast, our AI news watch, and our priorities. We can listen to this podcast without having to look at our screen while we commute, go to the gym, or do other screen-free activities. Now that we have our priorities in order, let's get to work. We're going to ask ZooMate to follow up on one of our action items, in this case creating a presentation for our 5 p.m. meeting. ZooMate has all the context of the priorities that have been created and can reach into additional sources. It gives us an outline for us to confirm, and then once approved gets to work creating the presentation. We see here that it's created an entire presentation grounded in the information that was shared in recent meetings and messages and we're ready to go for our meeting. Next we're going to get quick feedback from our manager on the presentation.

[00:01:52] Speaker 2: They've suggested a couple of small edits but otherwise seem pleased with what ZooMate has helped us create. After the meeting, based on that feedback, we can return to our presentation and ask ZooMate to make the changes requested for us. And now our presentation is ready to go.

Arow Summary
The transcript describes a workflow using ZooMate to automate daily preparation and prioritization. A scheduled task generates a daily briefing by aggregating the last 24 hours of calendar, email, chat, and developer-channel activity, plus unread messages and @mentions, and adds a web search summary of the top 3–5 AI news items. The output is delivered as numbered priorities and an “AI news watch” in both podcast (audio) and text form for later reference, enabling screen-free listening while commuting or exercising. With priorities set, ZooMate is then used to execute an action item: drafting and producing a presentation for a 5 p.m. meeting. ZooMate proposes an outline for confirmation, then creates a full presentation grounded in recent meetings and messages. After receiving manager feedback with minor edits, ZooMate is asked to apply the requested changes, resulting in a finalized presentation.

Arow Key Takeaways
  • Create a scheduled daily briefing that aggregates key activity across calendar, email, chat, and dev channels over the last 24 hours.
  • Include unread messages and @mentions to ensure nothing critical is missed.
  • Add a lightweight AI news scan (top 3–5 items) via web search to stay current.
  • Deliver the briefing in both text and podcast/audio formats for screen-free consumption.
  • Use the resulting priority list to drive focused execution of the day’s action items.
  • For complex deliverables (e.g., a meeting deck), have the assistant propose an outline for approval before generating the full asset.
  • Ground generated content in recent meetings and messages to maintain accuracy and context.
  • Close the loop by incorporating stakeholder feedback and requesting automated revisions to quickly finalize deliverables.
Arow Sentiments
Positive: The tone is productive and optimistic, emphasizing efficiency gains, convenience (audio briefings for commuting/gym), and successful outcomes (manager pleased, presentation finalized after minor edits).
