[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Here we'll see how ZoomMate can be used to help project managers. First, we review the notes from our kickoff meeting.

[00:00:07] Speaker 2: In ZoomMate, we ask to create a project based upon these notes. ZoomMate identifies the appropriate skills and resources needed.

[00:00:31] Speaker 1: We acknowledge which ones we want to include. And it creates the project for us. Next, we begin to use ZoomMate to accomplish tasks. The first task within the project is to create a presentation for the product manager to present to the chief product officer. ZoomMate creates an overview which we can ask to be edited.

[00:01:04] Speaker 2: Once the overview is correct, it initiates creating the presentation. We can review the contents of the deck and determine if it's to our liking.

[00:01:21] Speaker 1: Next, we see how agents can help us accomplish tasks in our project. We see the chat for the project here, and we're going to add an agent to help us within the chat. This agent has the capability of working with tools like Jira and Confluence, as well as Zoom tools like Meetings and Chat itself.

[00:01:52] Speaker 2: We'll ask the agent to update Jira based upon a recent meeting that we had with the team. The user can review the changes before they're made to make sure that they're correct. And then it provides a review of what was changed.

[00:02:26] Speaker 1: This can then be shared with the other participants in the chat or kept private. We can also see how an individual user may interact with that same agent. Here we'll move from the shared chat to a direct chat with the agent. We ask the agent to help hunt down relevant information from a variety of different sources. It finds them across Zoom documents, chats, and in this case, Confluence. This helps us find the information we need quickly to get our job done. Next, we'll return to our project within ZoomAid to do a follow-up. We're going to update the presentation we created previously with the updated changes from the past week.

[00:03:24] Speaker 2: ZoomAid is able to analyze the existing document as well as the new resources, create a new outline, and generate an updated presentation.

ai AI Insights
Arow Summary
The transcript demonstrates how ZoomMate/ZoomAid supports project managers by turning kickoff notes into a structured project with suggested skills and resources, generating and iterating on a presentation for leadership, and using an AI agent inside project chat to perform tool-connected work. The agent can integrate with Jira, Confluence, and Zoom Meetings/Chat to draft updates from meeting outcomes, let users review changes before applying them, and then summarize what changed for sharing. The demo also shows switching from shared project chat to a direct chat with the same agent to quickly retrieve relevant information across Zoom docs, chats, and Confluence. Finally, ZoomAid updates an existing presentation by analyzing prior content plus new weekly inputs to produce a refreshed outline and deck.
