[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Hi everyone and welcome to this feature demo of Motix, a brand new integration that we're rolling out this spring. So Motix are a UK based company and we've chosen to partner with them because they share much of the same values around privacy and data protection. And the guys behind this are absolute wizards with what they do. They have created fantastic AI models that, as you'll see in a moment, can take your medical transcription and turn it into a whole range of different correspondence, not least the correspondence that you want to save within your treatment notes within RehabGuru. To get started, head on over to the account and integration page from within RehabGuru and on the Motix line, click on connect. We're going to need a API key and you can get this from within your Motix account. Click on integrations in the left hand menu, give your API key a name and then click on generate key. Copy this key and keep it safe. Now we're going to paste this key into the box within RehabGuru and click on connect. Now that we're connected, we're ready to pull in some of those sessions into our treatment notes. To do this, head to your client section and treatment notes. Now when you create a new note, you will have the option of composing that note with Motix. So to compose a note with Motix, you will need to first have a transcription. Within Motix, there are a whole host of helpful guides on how to do this. The video tutorial section will guide you through how to create your transcriptions. However, in brief, you just click on new session, click on start transcribing, and then you can verbalize your entire assessment with your patient and it will record that and transcribe it in real time. I've already got a saved transcription for this fictional patient and this is what I'm going to pull into my treatment notes within RehabGuru. So here I've got a blank template. This is a simple soap note and I can click on compose with Motix and I can grab my initial consultation. What it will do then is send away the structure of this soap template and then populate it with the transcripted information. Now a soap note is a relatively simple template and as you're probably aware, within RehabGuru you can create whatever treatment note structure you wish. So if I go for a far more comprehensive treatment note structure such as this new patient assessment. Now this is where the magic really happens because the template that you've got within RehabGuru really doesn't matter. You can simply compose within Motix and it is clever enough to know which sections it should put which information. As you'll see in a moment, you'll see the present condition populated in this text area. It has automatically selected my VAS scores, history of present condition, and picked out the appropriate sections from the transcript and filled them out in the right area of the template that was sent. Now I can quickly save this as a draft and that is my treatment note done. We're really excited to see how much of an impact this has on your time and your business and as always keep in touch with us at support at rehabguru.com and on all of our social media channels.
