[00:00:00] Speaker 1: In this video, we'll show you how to invite teammates to your Firefly's workspace. You can invite your teammates using a link, by email, through Slack or Microsoft Teams, or automatically from your company domain. Let's dive in. Go to the Team tab in the left sidebar and click Invite Teammates. The quickest way to invite multiple people is with a shareable link. In the Invite window, click Invite Link. You can paste this link into Slack, Teams, or email. Anyone who opens it can click Accept Invitation and instantly join your workspace. This is ideal for onboarding larger groups quickly. If you want to invite specific teammates, enter their email addresses directly. Type one or more emails separated with commas and click Send Invite. They'll receive an email from fred at fireflies.ai. Click Join Now, then Accept Invitation, and they're added to your workspace. You can also invite teammates directly from Slack or Microsoft Teams. Click the Slack or Microsoft Teams icon inside the Invite window. You'll be prompted to authorize the workspace through OAuth. Once connected, you'll see a list of teammates from that workspace. Select Individuals, or choose Select All, and click Send Invite. They'll receive an email from Firefly's to complete the process. If your teammates use the same company email domain, Firefly's automatically suggests them under Recommended People for You. You can expand the list and invite individuals or click Invite All. If you're an admin, you can also enable Automatic Domain Addition. When turned on, anyone who signs up with your company domain will automatically join your workspace. This works for business domains, not personal ones like Gmail or Outlook. Each teammate added to your workspace counts as one billable seat under your subscription. Admins can manage teammates anytime from the Team Members tab, including updating roles, removing users, or re-inviting. Lastly, as an admin, you can restrict your team members to invite new members. Just go to Team Settings. You will see an option to toggle this option off. And that's how you invite teammates to your Firefly's workspace, whether you're adding one person or your entire organization.
