Let's remember, we have learned to create various types of online events, including paid webinars, of course, because this is what our company is all about. But also free webinars that help promote paid webinars, for example, as part of our earnings machine. We have learned various types of tools that are available in the event room or in the account panel, which allow you to transfer knowledge, i.e. in fact create the content that you can monetize later. We will also learn to configure payments, configure ticket promotions, use the ticket system that is available as part of ClickMeeting, and allow you to effectively earn on your knowledge. We looked at various sales strategies, and of course, we based on the actions of our clients, leaders who earn the most on paid webinars on ClickMeeting. And we looked at the whole second block of our course, various ways to promote paid webinars. Patryk Głopot, who shared his knowledge on ClickMeeting, also helped us here. And as I mentioned, I have three more recommendations for you, i.e. materials that we have prepared for our clients, for people interested in earning on paid webinars. ClickMeeting is one of the most popular tools in our academy. I think you will find a lot of ways here that will allow you to effectively promote your paid and free events without the use of additional tools. I have already talked about some of them in some way during the academy, but it is worth taking a closer look at them. It is also worth taking a closer look at the wider marketing potential of certain tools that are available in ClickMeeting, and perhaps not everyone is aware of the fact that they have a really, really great potential. First of all, it is landing pages. And as part of your ClickMeeting account, no matter what plan you choose, you have several landing pages at your disposal, which actually correspond to various areas of your activity, various stages of your life. The first one that will certainly interest you the most is the sales page, i.e. this sales landing page, which, by the way, often decides whether someone will decide to buy your digital product in this case, whether they will decide to buy a ticket for the webinar. As you have probably noticed, when we configured the first paid event, this landing page is configured at the stage of creating the event. And basically, if you don't do anything, there will be some predefined modules there, including, of course, the most important thing, i.e. this module that allows you to buy a ticket, where the buyer must indicate their name, address, email and, of course, click the Call to Action button, which will allow you to buy. There is also an indicated price, but that's absolutely not all. This is actually just the beginning, because, as you can see here on the right side, you have the opportunity to add many sections, which will allow you to basically, in a very simple way, absolutely without any skills, create a fully functional landing page based on various sections, which will allow you to increase credibility, emphasize to you why your offer is so useful. And these sections, yes, we have basic text sections, which offer a lot of editing possibilities. You can set headlines, use formatting, point out, and so on. And of course, there is also the possibility to edit, point out, bold, tilt the text. What is always available in such standard CMS systems. You also have ClickMeeting available as part of this text module. In addition, there is a field related to the event agenda, which is also basically a standard point of each such landing page related to online events. Here you have it already coded in an aesthetically prepared way. All you have to do is complete it. Of course, there is a bio with your photo and information about the event. You must not forget about it. You can also add photos as part of these text fields. And you can add, for example, recordings from YouTube, which will additionally increase the attractiveness of this landing page. Here, a really huge advantage is that you don't have to know how to program anything. You don't have to get used to some CMS system. Because everything works basically drag and drop and completions. Quite an aesthetic landing page. You can click on it within a few minutes. And of course, it is also branded in the way you want it to look. Here I refer you to this lesson in which we discussed the principle of personalization, the possibility of personalizing the appearance of your events, your event room, and just all sorts of other things. You have an impact on really many elements of such a landing. And what should a landing contain from a marketing point of view? Such basic issues, of course, are a simple purchase form and a CTA. And you have it in the package. You don't have to edit it, because it is simply built within this purchase system offered by ClickMeeting. In addition, don't forget about clear headlines. ClickMeeting offers clear headlines, so it is worth using these formatting options that are available in the editor. You can mark there different levels of headlines K2, H3, H4. And thanks to that, you can place there several different theme sections so that it is transparent. From the user's point of view, it allows him to define very quickly actually what benefit you offer him. Here you count actually a description of specific features and what the participant will gain thanks to participating in your webinar. Show what problems you solve, what skills he will gain, or that he will simply gain access to your expert know-how. Agenda and information about the host. These are the two sections that are separate modules within our mini CMS. And you just need to drag them, complete, insert your photo and it will look very nice. Price. It is also displayed in the first module of the landing page. Clear offer. And building elements. Trustworthiness is also worth adding. I remind you that here you also have the ability to insert graphics into this text module, so you can place, for example, company logos that use your offer or some graphics that will attract this landing page visually. So don't worry, when you configure the event, to spend a little time on formatting this sales landing, so that it is as meritorious as possible, but also transparent and simply encouraging to make a purchase. And this is just very important information. You don't need additional tools. You don't have to buy a system that will allow you to set up a landing, because you get everything as part of ClickMeeting. But in fact, this is just one of many landings that you have at your disposal within your account. The second one, which you can also prepare at the stage of creating an event, is the waiting room. And this is also important information, that both the waiting room and the sales landing can be edited later, somewhere at the later stages of sales. So if you decide, for example, that they need some optimization, nothing is an obstacle for you. And the waiting room, in fact, probably some 16 minutes ago they were in the waiting room themselves, so I don't have to tell you what this place is. This is the page on which the participants wait for the organizer, the presenter to click on the start event button. And of course, there are such introductory elements in this waiting room as standard. You can put there, for example, a presentation or some additional materials. You can put a recording from YouTube there. Perhaps such a recording, which will slightly relax the atmosphere and allow you to expect in a pleasant atmosphere. But nothing is an obstacle to put there also some segment that increases sales, some support for upselling, and maybe sales of your next events. Well, I made an example here by inserting text fields, and here I only inserted a button written in HTML. ChatGPT or any other tool, if you want, you can use it. It will write you such a button. It allows you to display it nicely in terms of graphic, visual and, for example, here we redirect to the purchase of another training with a 15% discount for participants. People are waiting for logging in to your webinar. They will probably be happy to check what else you have in the offer. So later, of course, during the event itself, you can overcome it through Call to Action. Later, after the event is over, you can use automatic redirecting to your sales landing and follow-up emails that will link your additional content and sales landing pages. This is also possible and you can overcome your offer. So it's worth working on it because, you know, the more contact points, the more exposure to your offer, the more chance that the user will take advantage of this opportunity, especially if it is already a loyal customer who takes part in many of your events. He knows that it's just worth it and if you get a great offer, why not take advantage of it? In terms of the edition, it looks the same as the edition of this purchase landing. Basically, it looks very similar to the edition of this largest landing, which will fill such a central position in the whole system, i.e. the profile page. In contrast to the waiting room and the sales page, which are assigned to a specific event, the profile page, in fact, is the main webinar activity. Of course, you decide what will be found on it and a lot of things can also be automated, which will be discussed in a moment, but a very, very important issue is that this page is indexed in Google. It is often the case that our clients, who, of course, have their own websites and social media services, increase this exposure in organic results, help their SEO activities through the ClickMeeting profile page, which is available as an additional search result, often directing to their activities. The basic function of this page is, of course, directing to your events, as you can see here on the example of our webinar page. Events are grouped there due to various formats. You will find there webinars for demand, you will find automatic webinars or live webinars, which are just ahead of us. You can find there and accumulate recordings of your webinars. It really depends on you what is on this page. Of course, you can also promote your upcoming paid events in this way. There are many ways to edit this page. It all looks very similar to the two previous cases. Here we have recommendations from Mateusz, our SEO expert. He pointed out that it is best if there are at least 2,500 signs with spaces on this page in this text block and at least three H2 headlines. Of course, you can expand this content even more, create multilevel headlines. However, it is worth considering keywords there. To determine these words, you can even use free tools such as Keyword Planner, which is free and available on our website. Of course, these words should be used in a natural way, with the appropriate intensity and density on your profile page. It can be really attractive, additional and, most importantly, a free source to reach your expert webinars on a specific topic and show your brand even more on the Internet. Another benefit is that you can set the page according to this initial configuration when you complete the initial fields, when you complete the description. Of course, you can also add graphics there. It is quite obvious that you will surely put your logo there, set the brand color, so as to maintain visual consistency at various levels. Then this page is basically the same, because you can set in the automation settings the date of the event, i.e. a certain type of event message, so that every person who reaches this profile page will be able to go to the form for, for example, registration for a free webinar or to the paid webinar purchase form and you can also automate, as you can see on this second screen, the recording of the webinar on the profile page, so you can really create a very comprehensive recording of any event that will just sit automatically. Consider whether you want to use such options, and right next to the events settings you will also find automatic uploading of this event on YouTube or Dropbox, so you can also take care of visibility on other platforms or very convenient distribution of this content obtained as part of the recording of the event. And this can also be automated by selecting the appropriate button. And when it comes to online landing pages configured through ClickMeeting, that's it, but this is not the end of the marketing possibilities of your account, because a very interesting solution that we have already mentioned, but it is worth to remind yourself is redirecting participants to a specific page after the webinar is finished. As a standard, after the webinar is finished, there is a field with a mini survey where you can mark whether the webinar was liked, how many stars it has and express it as a comment, but in the follow-up action section you can also set automatic redirecting to any page. And nothing is an obstacle for this page to be, for example, to the next paid event such as this landing page configured as a ClickMeeting. Of course, if you have some of your own websites and there you present your offer for selling online events or other digital products or non-digital products, you can also place this link. As you can see, it is very simple, you just need to mark the second option that is worth considering. There are automatic invitations to the next event. People who take part in your webinar will be automatically invited to the next one. And as you can see, here you also have the opportunity to invite these people to a specific event that has already been created within your account panel. So it simplifies the segmentation of the audience both for paid and non-paid content to buy tickets for the next events. And these are very interesting options that you already have within ClickMeeting. That is why I often mention that webinar marketing is a bit of a machine that runs on its own, because you often don't need any advertising based on retargeting because you can retarget within the webinar system of your participants. And that is why it is so important to take advantage of the previous events. And the last issue you probably already know because I have repeatedly noticed the issue of automation of communication, that ClickMeeting is not only webinars but also a quite efficient email system. And you can use various types of fields, you can send additional materials through these emails. Of course, these are on the one hand, the preceding emails, for example, emails with an invitation to the next event. Here, what is important, you don't need an additional account in such email marketing tools to send a message to the participants of your webinars, they will help you to sell further after the end of the event. And maybe not only sell, but also simply build a relationship, build long-term contacts with your recipients, which in the end always finds the transition to sales results. And from these marketing options at the end I left one important reminder, because this is such a level of marketing, which is quite often forgotten, but here the potential of webinars is really huge. It's about multistreaming. I remind you that we have a function here, which is probably really, when it comes to the market, the platform for online events is unique, because as part of the multistreaming addition you can send at the same time on five different streaming platforms, so the list of these platforms is unlimited. We have nine predefined most popular platforms, but for people who have even wider needs and, for example, using more niche social platforms, here we can also offer the possibility of such a presentation customarily, so it is an addition that is definitely worth considering if you are interested in some brand exposition, recognition, authority, thanks to this you can actually reach millions of people around the world. You will not only submit as part of the webinar platform, but you will also submit on many different social media services at the same time, which will greatly increase the recognition of your brand, and I remind you that here as part of this basic ClickMeeting package we give the possibility of streaming on one platform, so even without an addition you will be able to operate on a wider scale and reach a larger number of people.
