Speaker 1: In this video, I'm going to show you how to transcribe audio to text. For that, I'm going to show you two alternatives. One is going to be how to transcribe audio to text in real time, and the other is going to be how to transcribe audio files that we have in our computer to text. So, for that, the first thing we have to do is go to Google, and here we are going to write the following. Office. We hit enter, and all of this is going to come up here. We are going to go to the part that says Microsoft 365 Login. We click there, and it will take us to this window. Once you are here, simply click where it says start session, and if you don't have an account, just go where it says register to get the free version of Microsoft. It's a simple and fast process, and it won't take you long. In my case, since I already have an account, I'm just going to click where it says start session. Once the session has started, this page will come up here, and what we are going to do is simply go where it says words on the left side. We click there, and we click where it says document in white. Once that is done, this page will take us, and we are going to go to the top right side that says dictate. We are going to click there, and at this moment it is already transcribing everything we say. Now, just to stop transcribing, we go to this icon here, and we click where it says stop dictating. And that's it, this is basically how we can transcribe our audio to text in real time. Now, we are going to go to the top, and we are going to open a new tab. And in the Google search engine, we are going to type deep ground. We hit enter, and we are going to click on the first link. Once we are here, it will give us the option to enter or register. In this case, we are going to click where it says register, which is sign up, and it will take us to this window. What you have to do is simply click where it says sign up with Google, and you register with a Google account, or you also have the option to put your email and password and create your account. In this case, I'm going to register with Google. Once you have registered, it will take you to this page here, and in this case, I'm going to go here to the part that says dashboard. And automatically, as you will notice, they give us a credit of $200, and this credit is given only to register with your account. That is, you do not have to put your credit card, you do not have to pay anything, they give it to you totally free, just to register. That is, for each transcription they do, it will charge them a certain amount, but do not worry because these $200 are totally free, there is no problem. Only when these credits are over, they would have to pay, but do not worry because this amount of credits is more than enough for the number of transcriptions they can do, and I will show them below. So, the next thing we are going to do is in the top part where it says Playground, we are going to click there, and it will take us to this page here. Here, simply what we have to do is, in language, we are going to choose the one that says, in this case, Spanish-Latin American, and where it says Model, they give us some options, but the best one I recommend is the one that says Enhanced. And here it comes out to upload your audio, we simply click here and upload our audio. Once the audio is uploaded, we will go to the part down here, and for the transcription to be better, we will click where it says punctuation, and paragraphs. Once we have clicked on these two, we will go to where it says Transcript, we will first click here, and after clicking here, we just go to where it says Run, and we click there, and as you will notice, I already have here all my audio transcribed to text. Simply, if you want to copy your transcription, go to where it says Copy Response, and for example here in a notepad, I'm going to paste it, and as you will notice, here I already have all my audio transcribed to text. And as you will notice up here, it has charged us a small amount, which are our free credits, that is, the page has given us these credits, and it has charged us only 0.4 cents per dollar, for a two-minute audio. That is, they can practically transcribe an audio of an hour, and maybe at most they charge one or two dollars. So, that's basically how we can transcribe an audio to text. If you liked the video, don't forget to like it, subscribe, and until next time.
