Speaker 1: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, Robert Cartesani, district technology coach here to talk about IXL. Wonderful practice platform for K-12 curriculum for math, ELA, science, social studies, Spanish and more. In this video, I'm going to keep it pretty basic to start off. We're going to look at adding students and taking them off your current class rosters. In order to do this, we have to access our roster in the top right hand corner. You're going to see a bunch of grayed out material here. This is an educator's current roster, so I'm going to keep those hidden. Scrolling all the way down to the bottom, we see that we can add students. You also have the ability to clear your entire roster from here, although I wouldn't suggest this. Adding students, let's go example Rick. Let's give them the 9990 as their four digit student PIN. It is not necessary to put the parent email in there, but let's use their student PIN as their password all the way on the right hand side. As soon as I have added them, I can click save. You can see this student is ready to go. Here is their username. Here is their password. Now let's just say I've added somebody by mistake or somebody is on my roster that does not belong. This red X to the left hand side. Click on this. Now if you do this by accident, you can put them right back on. But let's go ahead and keep this new fake student off the roster. But that's in a nutshell how to add and take students off from a current IXL roster. I hope this has been beneficial.
