Speaker 3: Unforgettable.

Speaker 4: Flashback of the couple hugging in their garage.

Speaker 3: But there was pain that he didn't share.

Speaker 4: Wife enters the home.

Speaker 3: How did I miss that?

Speaker 4: Husband's face reveals grief.

Speaker 4: Back to the couple in the provider's office.

Speaker 3: Why didn't he tell me?

Speaker 3: Now what? You're talking to me and that's a great start.
