Speaker 2: increasingly clear that the funds from the UST Trust Fund are not going to be coming in any kind of timely manner. So I need to set an appointment with Cynthia Ball over at the State House and her Senate peer for this area. We'll need to have a discussion before I attend an Appropriations Committee meeting for both the House and the Senate, hopefully on the same day in Raleigh, to talk about the appropriations to fund this mess so we can get this cleaned up prior to 2019, which was the current estimate based on the existing level of funding. This will, of course, be contingent upon the governor's budget decision that's supposed to come as soon as the House approves the Senate's measure, if that indeed does happen. We'll make the appointment in Raleigh for the second week of October and then see what movement we need to get on that. If nothing comes of it, then we'll think about contacting WXII and seeing if anybody's interested in doing a piece on this mandate, which is effectively unfunded, but citizens are having to comply despite being promised
