Speaker 1: If you are a person who works as a transcriber, either for a company or independently, and you have to listen to audios or videos of different lengths, like 5 minutes, 30 minutes or even more than an hour, with the purpose of transcribing them to text, and you are looking for an automated and free solution, you have come to the right place. Because in this video, I will show you how to use a tool driven by artificial intelligence that will help you optimize your work and stand out in what you do. So I invite you to stay until the end of the video to learn how to make the most of this incredible tool for free. Let's get started. Remember that the link of all the materials that we are going to use I will be adding it to you in the description of the video and in the first highlighted comment. Once we take into account the above, we go directly with the first step, which consists of standardizing the audio to mp3 format. For this example, I have two folders. Inside them there are audio and video files with different formats. For example, if I enter this first folder, you can see that inside it there is a video file and another audio file separately. If you do not know how to identify what type of format your file is in, just do the following. Just click the secondary button and then go to where it says Properties. For example, this video file is in mp4 format and our goal is to standardize it to mp3. Similarly, if we go directly to the properties of this audio file, you can see that it is in the WA format and the program that we are going to use only works with files in mp3 format. So, to standardize all these files to a single format, we are going to use this free page called Online Convert. Once inside the page, you are going to click where it says Convert to. Within its options you will find different formats, so the one you are going to choose is mp3 format. You can see that it has already changed to mp3. The next thing you will do is click on File. Then we select the video and click on Open. Then we will wait for the file to load. Once it loads, you click on Start and we wait for it to become mp3 format. Excellent. Once it became, we just click on Download. And as you can see, this file that was downloaded, if we go to its properties, it actually tells us that it is in mp3 format. And with that, you will have learned to convert a video file to audio. What I will do here is delete this file because it is an example and I will enter the folder again. Likewise, I will delete the video and I will focus on this audio file. So, I repeat the process again by going to the page. If it comes out this way, you just click where it says Convert another file to mp3. Then we repeat the steps by clicking on File. I select the audio and click on Open. I wait for it to load. Once it loaded, I click on Start and I wait for it to become an mp3 file. Once converted, I just click on Download. And as you can see, this audio file that has been downloaded, if we go directly to its properties, you can verify that it is indeed already converted to mp3 format. So, I will work with this audio and delete the folder. Excellent. Now we go directly to the second step, which consists of how to use the Automatic Transcriber with Artificial Intelligence. Surely many of you know it. This page is called the WISP and believe me that it is the best at transcribing all kinds of files automatically. Just bear in mind an important detail. The moment you are going to use this page, I recommend you close the other windows and programs you have open. Because transcription consumes resources from your PC and above all, your team must have internet for this method to work. Once we take into account the above, what we will do is click where it says Access. The next thing you will do is register with your Gmail email. At this point, I will omit it for obvious reasons. If you happen to get this window, you click on Request Access. If you don't get this window, just skip this step. Once inside the page, you will end up like this. Before starting the tour, I want to specially thank the modifications made by Alex Goya. Thank you very much for your excellent contribution. Returning to the topic, the first thing you will do is click on the folder. The next thing we will do is locate where it says Install Dependencies and click on a button that looks like Play. Then we have to wait for all the necessary algorithms to load so that it can perform the transcription. Once it has loaded, you will see a symbol of the green check that indicates that this step is ready. Then we will go down and locate where it says Install FPEG. In the same way, we will click on the icon that looks like Play and wait for its algorithms to load. Once it has loaded, we will see a green check that tells us that this step is ready. Excellent. Now we will continue down. I will be showing you this option 1 in the next video, which you cannot miss because it will be interesting. So we will continue down to option 2, in which it tells us that we must upload our own mp3 file. Below, where it says Transcribe. There is an important fact to take into account and that is that our mp3 file must be called audio, all in lowercase. That is another requirement that you must do with all your audios that you want to transform. So I go directly to my audio, I click on the secondary button and then I go to where it says Change Name and I name it Audio with lowercase. Then I go back to the Whisper page. Then I click on the secondary button on the lower left side. I will see several options, in which I click on Upload, I select the audio and I click on Open. You must take into account something important here. Wait for your audio to load. When the audio is long, it takes time to load. If it is not so long, it loads quickly. Once it has loaded, the mp3 audio will appear. Then you click on Accept. The next thing we will do is click on the Transcribe button to start automatic transcription. Another detail to keep in mind, from now on you will not touch anything and you will wait for the process to complete. This will depend a lot on how long your audio is, in which artificial intelligence will analyze all those parts to be able to transcribe it perfectly and without spelling errors. In my case, the audio is not that long, it only lasts a little more than a minute, so it transcribed it to me quickly. Once the transcription is finished, we will click on the secondary button on the left side and among its options we select the one that says Update. The next thing we will do is locate where it says Audio Text. We click on the three dots and select the one that says Download. And if I enter the downloaded file, as you can see, it transcribed everything to me perfectly, without spelling errors or any of that. Remember that you can transcribe much longer audios, but as an example I did it in a short way so you can see the effectiveness of Whisper. I hope this tutorial has helped you a lot. If so, as always, I invite you to subscribe to the channel, give me your like and activate the bell to continue learning more free automatic transcription methods. In the same way, I will be uploading the second part of this video, where I show you how to automatically transcribe a long video or even translate it in real time to another language. If you would like to know how it is done, see you in the next video.
