If you need a transcript checked by a person, you can upgrade any file to Human Verified Transcription, which is 99% accurate or better. To start, find your file in My Files, open the menu next to it, and choose Start an Order. To order several files at once, check the boxes next to them, then click Start an Order. Checkout opens with your files and their total length on the left, and the list of services on the right. Select Human Transcription, then click Continue. Next, review your order and choose any add-ons, like Rush for a faster turnaround, timestamps, or Verbatim, which keeps fillers and non-verbal sounds. Add-ons can only be chosen here, before you place the order. When you're ready, click Continue. After payment, you can add details that help the person working on your file, a glossary of names and terms, any accents in the recording, and speaker names. These are optional.
