[00:00:05] Speaker 1: Now, you can automatically push selected Otter meetings to your Ignite account, creating a single source of truth where meeting notes, transcripts, and insights get stored right alongside your team's most important files. This integration gives enterprise teams flexible control over how meeting content is stored and shared. Export behavior is configured in Otter and can run automatically after meetings end or only when users share meetings to designated export channels. This eliminates the need for manually copying and pasting and reduces the risk of losing important context. In this example, meetings are exported when they're shared to an Otter export channel. Once a meeting is shared, Otter securely sends the transcript and summary to Ignite, supporting stronger governance and security by keeping meeting data inside Ignite's permissioned compliant environment. Files are saved to a user-created Otter exports folder of the customer's choosing. By turning conversations into organized, reusable assets teams can reference over time, knowledge retention becomes automatic. Once inside the subfolder, teams can access text files containing the meeting title, full transcript, automated summaries, insights, and a link back to the original meeting in Otter. All this enables better collaboration and continuity across project transitions and handoffs.
